What hosting provider are people using to host their wordpress to actually use the theme demo content???? I’ve tried several hosting companies, some specifically FOR wordpress sites but I can’t install the demo content due to the minimum execution time being 30 or 60 and not the 180 required – it’s made buying this theme next to useless…..

That’s the only way to deal with this. It’s a small plugin which doesn’t give a bad effect to site loading, so, I recommend you to use it.

I want to say that I like your theme! It looks great.
I purchased this theme, after installing the theme and changing the Config, htaccess files, my site is broken, and I got a server error. My hosting admin sends me an email with ‘Server issues,’ and he removed the theme files, because of those issues.
1. I changed the Config, htaccess files by your document and those changes broke my site.
2. I don’t have permission to change the hosting settings by your document explanation.
Sorry, but I tried to fix it by your install doc and is not working for me. I’ll not use the theme, and I want a refund, please.

Your support team didn’t help me at all. I got issues, and they blame me that those theme problems belong to me and my hosting. After a long conversation, that I tried to explain and send them the theme bugs screenshots, they ignore my issues. When I request a refund, they said, “Envato will not refund you and blablabla”….. it feels that the support is not caring about to solve users (customers) issues and just “taking their money.”
After a long and exhausting conversation, I got a refund.
As an Envato user from 2013, I never had a conversation like that. It was decidedly not lovely to get messages like that from your support.
I hope you will learn from it and have a better support team in the future. Help your customers to get the best and not the lowest.

You already got the refund yesterday. That’s why you no longer have the Purchase badge. Moreover, I hope you can tell me your ticket number, I need to check it with my support team. If it’s true, I need to work with my team.
“If it’s true” this is why you need to work more on your users that trust your code and pay for it.
There is no reason to do trouble to the users that pay money and spend time on the support emails and lengthy conversation, I spent two days on those support tickets… If the users have problems with the purchase. Any site/company that has good support and they believe in their products, they don’t do issues to their customers.
In the conversation, you can see that the support agent does not want to make a refund.
I don’t have the ticket number because when I tried to check my ticket today, he was removed…. but I can send you the conversation screenshot.
I’m pretty sure that you can talk with your team and check it out.
I think you cannot find the ticket because you got the refund, so, the system are no longer accessible for you. Most of our customers love our work and give us a praise for the support. But, if the reason that makes customer unsatisfied is the customer’s responsibility, we cannot help. I think that’s the case in this story.

Are there any theme options available to alter the animation of the full-screen menu when it is opened via the hamburger on desktop? In all the demos, it seems to grow from the center, is there a way to change this?
Also, is there a page loader animation option? Like a spinner or something other than the animated Brook logo?

For Off Canvas Menu, you can add a litter of css code to change animation when opened.
For pre-loader you can change logo gif file or select a lot of other spinners.

Hi, I love this theme and will use it on probably two sites. Do I need to purchase it twice OR can I get a second licence and at what cost?
Also, with the imported demo pages, are they actually built to match the demo pages – is it simply a matter of adding my own text and images OR will I need to build each page from scratch?
