There is a serious problem with Jupiter X 1.1.0. Elementor does not work, does not preview, the classic error appears on the page preview, “Preview can not be loaded”. If I disable “Jet Elements For Elementor” or “Raven”, Elementor goes back to working so I think it’s a problem of the theme. Check it seems to me an important mistake. I have all the updated plugins, the theme too, Wordpress version 5.1

Hi, I purchased this theme yesterday. Is it possible to use this theme twice with the same domain name. For example I use it for my website www.website.com and also www.website.com/test/ . I’m currently using a different theme for my site which is live so I want to make a test website first, then once it looks ok I can just replace it the older theme.

Yes, you can use one license for subdomains with the same domain name. But if you want to register the theme on different domains, you have to buy a license for each. Thank you.
I’m having a bunch of issues that make workflow much harder now with this new X…..
My current problem is that the pages keep reverting to the default width by themselves, instead of staying on full width. How to I stop this from happening? I have set it to full width in the customize window, and on each individual page, but they still keep switching to default layout with sidebar.
This new Jupiter X is very frustrating… The old one had all options clear and easy to find.

Raven element settings doesnt reflect on live view but works on editors view.. Fonts, size, colors etc doesnt work like it doesn’t recognized the settings at all

Yes, RevSlider is supported and it can be activated in JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. The updates for bundled plugins will be produced along with the new theme version and you’ll be able to update them via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins (“Update” button will be shown for a new plugin version). Hello, I need to have all the texts in Italian but the theme still leaves English words that I can not edit, like related post, recommended post etc. I used the “loco” plugin, I downloaded the .po and .mo files. I can not translate completely into Italian: how should I do? Thanks in advance

Hello. Unfortunately we don’t have an example and we didn’t test it. We recommend to use Table element to create a table or you can look for some 3rd-party plugin paste the excel table. Thank you for understanding.

Google expects us to serve a different amount/type of content for mobile users. instead in our live demo, we are serving the same content which has tones images and videos. The images are not optimized for mobile screen, so the low score has nothing to do with the quality of the theme but the page we are serving for mobile users.

1) How to create a filterable gallery (pictures) with each images open in a lightbox (not project page)?
2)In a portfolio project page, the related projects are in random mode but it show always the four sames thumbnail? How i can to do?
3)And the big trouble is that when i go to modify with elementor in my website i have a white page and i need refresh 20 times to have the have the elementor panel. I have just the jupiter X plugins in my theme. And all status system are ok. I can’t work!

3. I put your code .htaccess file via FTP, but i have the same issue. I have to reload my page 10 or more to see the elementor editor

1. In this case you can use Portfolio element https://take.ms/hUxUd but it doesn’t have sorting option there. Unfortunately Posts element doesn’t have lightbox option.

Hello – we are having an issue wherein our CSS assets in the /wp-content/uploads/jupiterx/compiler/jupiterx folder are being constantly regenerated, sometimes under a different name. This is causing 404 issues and breaking styling of our site as the page is loading with a different .css file that no longer exists.

Hi, Can someone help me with this issue? I don’t know why all of a sudden I cannot update WordPress. I don’t want to have to go through this every time there is a WordPress update. It should not be that difficult. Here is the message I receive when I try to update “Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/en_CA/wordpress-5.1.zip… Unpacking the update…”. It just hangs on this message. Please advise.
