Since the support page is not working for me: My mobile menu is not working like it should be. When clicking a link, the page scrolls to the anchor point in the background. However the menu itself is not disappearing. I have to close the mobile menu in order to see the content of the website.

Hi Im trying to add the social share popup to a button click. Im gussying I can add the onClick function from the social popup to the onClick button function. Do you think this will work? If so what is the onClick function? Or is there a better way of doing it…maybe turning the social share into a button.

Hi, is there a way to convert our current set of existing posts to the “portfolio” custom type that Uncode is using? and is there a way to convert back from “portfolio” item to standard post item?

Hi,

Your last update (2.02) broke something and Uncode Core plugin cant be activated while WP Rocket is on. I activated Uncode Core when I deactivated WP rocket. But now can activate WP Rocket.

Please fix it guys. Dont know why but your last updates are horrible. Each is causing some kind of errors and user has to find out what is going on. It should’nt look like this.

We’re sorry you have issues with the update, but actually nobody else reported weird behaviours with it, except in those cases users have customized the code in the child theme. Is that your case?

The demo itself runs WPRocket without problems. What version of WPRocket are you running please?

I really need your help. My company currently uses two licenses on two different websites and we absolutely love these themes! I never had a problem with the theme until recently.

We’ve chosen the split “Blog Magazine” without the sidebar for one of our sites’ blog, see example: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/blog-magazine/

We fully customized ours and it works fine as is but we decided to change the infinite load/scroll on the second half of the page with the pagination feature. The problem is that when I click on page two or ‘next’, the page breaks and it doesn’t load the next posts, see example: https://www.hellofilmology.com/filmclub/

Do you have any idea why this doesn’t work, am I doing something wrong or is there a workaround it? We already have quite a lot of posts and we don’t want users to scroll infinitely on the page.

At first, I thought I’m doing something wrong but I installed the theme fresh again on a local server to test it and the pagination still breaks, just the same.

I really need an answer to this, I feel like I’m hitting my head against a wall and I can’t go back to my team, saying this option simply doesn’t work.

I’m looking forward to hearing back from you and would very much appreciate it if you could help me solve this.

I have version 1.6.4 installed and I am having trouble with the self-hosted video background. I tried to download the patch-vide.zip listed in the patch & fixes portion of your support site, but it says the Dropbox link is not longer available. Any way you can provide me with that file or a new place I can download it?

We are sorry but we cannot help, only the user who bought the theme can update. We cannot send version of our theme to users, first of all you need to note that all users should ask the same, second we risk to be banned, since this is part of the Envato policy, we as author have also to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests. This is something you need to resolve with the agency who bought the theme or Envato.

Hey, I’m planning to buy the theme.. However I have a question about the design. I have used Webnus before and was happy moved to QOcode and their usage was ridiculous with useless plugins. I hope your theme doesn’t have additional plugins.

Also, does the visual composure in the theme offer frontend editing? i cudnt see that in the videos ?

Hi) I can’t fit WP Memory Limit. I tried in wp-config.php but there isnt define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); that put define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘96M’ ); I tried in .htaccess and nothing. What can i do?

Hi, if you have the button grey just use another browser, some users reported this problem and it’s related to browser extensions in Chrome. Anyway fixed in the updated version.

Hi i installed the ‘Related posts’ plugin and manually selected related posts to show under each post but it still shows them randomly. Can you help?

Yes activated and not working. I now deleted the whole plugin and created a content blog showing manually selected posts instead. Not ideal but the plugin didn’t work for me.

Hi, I have some trouble with portfolio. I have 2 categories (A, B) and when I go to portfolio site, it’s showing both categories (show all option is selected in ‘portfolio menu’). The thing is that I wan’t to show only first category (A) but be able to select show all or second category through portfolio menu. Thanks

Hi levukovic! I’m sorry but there is not a specific option for this, we are quite flexible but in the limits of the features we promote in our demo. The closest feature you can have is the pagination filtering on the load more. If you have for example 12 elements of the category A, you can set your Post module to 12 and only on filtering or on load see the other elements of category B. I hope this make sense!

Please update bootstrap to the latest revision 3.4.1 or 4.3.1 cause has been discovered a XSS vulnerability: https://blog.getbootstrap.com/2019/02/13/bootstrap-4-3-1-and-3-4-1/ https://snyk.io/vuln/npm:bootstrap The tooltip.js that it’s included in the theme is the old one and does present the problem. Many sites are being attacked due to this.

Hi giosquad! Developers checked this possible issue and they confirm the tooltip version used in Uncode has not this critical issues (we use a tailor version).
