Hello, I have been struggling with two things about the theme (using UX builder):

1. The height of banners: on screens, they can be easily controlled, but on mobile you cannot set a different one. So if the text is longer than the banner, it creates a news scroll area. ¿Would it be possible for mobile to make the height of banner jus equal to is content? 2. The font size controlled by : when I use two columns, I am forced to set the size on 180 in order to match the 120% size of the text on one column content. On screens you do not see the difference but on mobile there is suddenly a huge difference from one size to the other (because now they are all in one column). These would be easily solved if I could control the size on px or em instead of %. ¿How else can I fix this?

I would appreciate a quick response since I am finishing a project and I am close to the deadline, just losing time trying different options on ux builder and css patches. Thanks in advance.

Hi, i´m thibking about in buying this theme, but i have some questions: First – Can i turn off the woocommerce plugin. I like the theme, however i don’t wanna make an online shop, so i won’t have prices to show.

Can i use a video on the home page without making the website too slow?

Is your support available everyday?

Does the theme comes with child theme?

Flatsome have big conflicts with Woocommerce, so slow! I working for SEO in a site build with Flatsome+Woocommerce, but image didnt’ lazyload in every page. Checking Google Page speed insight we have a max value around 35 for mobile and 70 for desktop, the main error is deferring image outside viewport. So i checked the flatsome site shop example, and have the same value , so i found the flatsome customers shop links here https://uxthemes.com/showcase/ and every ecommerce shop tested have max our value, around 30-35 for mobile and max 70 for desktop. In my wordpress page i have disabled every plugin, but only when i disable WooCommerce plugin Lazy load run well. In addition have also tested every lazyload plugin, from BJ to A3 Lazy load, but there some string in woocommerce that block lazyloading.

SO I DONT RACCOMEND FLATSOME+WooCOMMERCE.

Speed is important for seo and will be more important in the future for positiong (and user experience sure)

Hey there, I noticed there’s quite a few conflicts in CSS styling with the plugin WooEvents by EX-Themes. They use Bootstrap and it looks like you use a modified version of Bootstrap? Which has some overlapping styling which conflicts. Currently i’m manually disabling the Woo Events bootstrap.css on certain pages as a hacky workaround but are there any better ways to solve this or are you planning on making your styling unique so it doesn’t conflict with plugins using bootstrap? I have a Woocommerce store, running on the Flatsome theme in Wordpress. Today i placed a footer 1 with some widgets from Woocommerce, wich show my new products or the best selling or best rated. The prices and the texts are shown, but Safari does not load the image’s.

How can i fix this?

| am currently using the “custom portfolio page setup” on my website and it’s working great, with one exception!

I noticed when your do not use the “custom portfolio page setup” the slugs are “featured_item/projectname”

However when you switch to the “custom portfolio page setup” it adds the product category, with seemingly no options to enable or disable the category slug (that i can see).

Could you point me towards come code to remove the “portfolio category” from the URLs?

For example: from: portfolio/design/projectname/ to: portfolio/projectname/

Do you support infinite scroll for ux_products shortcode? I have enabled infinite scroll but it didn’t work for the products filtered by [ux_products ].

Because there are 100-200 product items. The page loading time is very long. I need pagination/load more function for ux_products. Please help. Thank you!

I’m working for a company and we’re using your theme. A former employee purchased this theme on behalf of the company but used his own private account. We do have a valid license code, but because we don’t have access to this private account, we’re not able to purchase extended support. Is there a way to solve this?

Now there is someone sending screencasts for solving problems, implements code in a real environment (that caused a problem then), is changing code im theme files. Honestly, i don´t feel so comfortable anymore.

Need display post by tags. I have posted on https://uxthemes.canny.io/flatsome/p/blog-posts-display-specific-posts-by-tags. For a business website it is very important for this. We can not add too many categories to specifiy the posts. If we can display posts by tags, we can list the related content on a specific page. Please consider to add this function to your next update.

I am having issues with the plugin, screenshot here (http://prntscr.com/msw0au) This is how I set it up, as you can see it’s /subscription, however after saving it and checking the page, it gets converted top page_id url even on the builder. Can you please let me know what’s the workaround for this?

Interested in this theme for fast loading and mobile optimization, but need to make sure that we can also have dynamic variations that will show color options on category page, and also be dynamic to change the gallery image to the correct color when the color is selected, without having to change the size option. If your theme doesn’t have this functionality natively, do you recommend a plugin to use in conjunction? Also, we are importing about a thousand products, so this needs to be set up for a successful import. Thanks!
