The new AMP implementation in our theme only works through the mobile theme. If you want to use amp without the mobile theme, you will have to find a different plugin. There are other free AMP plugins to choose from the WordPress repository. It is an optional plugin not a required one for the proper functionality of the theme.

Mobile theme is very bad. It only allows me to use some fields on the main page. The use of the new amp system with the mobile theme is very bad.

i have another question, when we hit the update button on the theme panel in dashboard, it doens’t load automaticaly all the plugin together ? we have an alert for wp bakery that is up to date ? do we need to do it manually by deleting it and reactivating it ??? this might break all the layout ?!

As much as I’d love to help, this is unfortunately beyond what the theme support can offer you. We have not tested our post templates through other plugins so it may need custom code modification in order to work properly. We cannot offer any customization services at the moment though so maybe you can hire a freelancer from studip.evnato.com that can help you with the implementation required.

Please notice that if you have some additional customization through the code, when the theme will be updated, all of the files will be overwritten and yes, your customization will be lost. The theme settings will not be lost, because all of these are loaded in the database. For each update, we recommend to make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. If you want to make some customization to your website, you can try using the Child Theme that inherits the functionality from another WordPress theme. Unfortunately the theme modal image (lighbox) will not work with external links set to the images. he image link needs to be set to the media file in order for the lighbox or gallery to work properly. I’m not sure what you mean about the adobe flash as the gallery or lighbox do not require flash to work. I’m sorry about the confusion. What I meant to explain is that the example you provide requires a flash plugin to view it. Seems it does, it links to a video that my colleague created to show how rows can be removed by dragging and dropping. Basically to remove a row there are a few ways.

Another important aspect is to check the System Status parameters are increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, you PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why this section does not appear, sorry!

Sometimes third party plugins will cause conflicts. Unfortunately such is the situation with premium themes. Plugins are created based on the default WordPress code and premium themes add custom code to implement the theme functionality. This will cause some plugins to not be compatible unfortunately. Usually there are alternatives however as there is a large number of plugins available in the WP repository.

Hello,

The mobile theme uses the author setting from the main theme. If you want to disable the author for the mobile theme specifically, you have to either use a CSS code to hide the author or change the mobile theme files in order to not show the author code at all.

Subdomains are allowed with the same theme license as they are considered part of the same project. You do not have to purchase multiple copis for a multi-site implementation as long as you do not use the theme on separate end-products. This is a very common issue among users as there are plugins that need to use the same code from the WordPress menu as the mega menu does. When such plugins are active, they will remove the mega menu option. In order to see the mega menu option again, please remove any other menu plugins you might have enabled.
