some of the Eliminator headers and block say we need to upgrade to PRO. Does this mean we have to upgrade and buy a license?

There are many templates including JupiterX ones which are free and you can install them without charge. But the ones that are marked with Pro, are related to Elementor Pro version and if you really want to use them, you have to buy Elementor Pro version, but it’s not necessary as you can select among other free templates. This demo can be imported in Jupiter 6 theme, not in JupiterX. If you use Jupiter 6, go to Jupiter > Control Panel > Templates and search with the keyword “jupiter”, you’ll get Jupiter Default Template which you can install. Thank you.
In current theme version my WPBakery is no longer showing in my new pages, why?

WPBakery plugin isn’t included in JupiterX theme. Its main page builder is Elementor. If you want to use JupiterX, you have to re-create the pages with Elementor editor. But you can still use Jupiter 6 version where WPBakery is bundled. This version is supported and updates will be provided as well as for JupiterX. How come JetBlocks is not included in JupiterX? I see all of the other Jet plugins are like JetElements and Jet Woobuilder.

This plugin isn’t included as we bundled Raven plugin which has elements needed for header/footer (Site Logo, Search, Navigation Menu, etc.). https://help.artbees.net/elementor/what-is-raven
Also you can use default Elementor and JetElements widgets in header/footer templates.
Do you have a guide for creating a sticky header? I need the following:
1. A different logo for the sticky header
2. Delay the sticky header – I want the user to scroll down the page a little bit (e.g. 200px) before the sticky header is activated
3. Show/hide the sticky header depending on scroll direction – for example only show the sticky header when the user scrolls up, not when the user scrolls down

I’ve had this website for years now and it was built by a pro developer. I now manage it myself. After I updated my website to the latest wordpress version, i can’t edit my pages anymore in drag and drop style. Now i see the hard code which i can edit but it is pulled into wordpress new block feature and VC is loaded on the same page but empty. I tried to activate this WPBakery but its saying I don’t have it. I no longer have supoort (never needed it). Now I’m confused and frustrated.

If we set it to fixed it works on mobile, but not on sticky. It works on desktop as sticky but not mobile.

Hi, I have a serious problem.
When I upgrade to the latest version it breaks the whole design.
I have many tabs to modify everything by hand.
The other problem is if you go back to the previous versions it is not compatible with Woocomerce and I miss the forms that I have linked with stripe and gravityfroms
Any ideas to solve it?

Did you use Jupiter 6 version and updated it to JupiterX? If so, JupiterX doesn’t use WPBakery and its main page builder is Elementor. You have to re-create pages with Elementor.
If you still want to use WPBakery, you need revert back to Jupiter 6.1.6 version. How to get Jupiter 6 files, refer to this article: https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/how-to-download-jupiter-v6-files .
If I activate version 6.1.1 I do not load any header and neither Woocomerce nor gravity froms work for me.
In version 5.9 the headers work but woocomerce or gravity froms does not work

You can edit demo pages to your needs after you installed a demo template on your site. Unfortunately only one template can be installed as it removes all previous data. If you want to create some sections from other templates, we can help you and guide you how to achieve this. Just contact our support via tickets to get an assistance.

You don’t need activate it. WPBakery plugin is bundled in the theme and you can use it just after the installation from the control panel. Its updates will be provided along with the theme and you’ll be able to update the plugin via Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins.
But if you need some premium features of WPBakery, you have to buy a license and activate it. By default it’s not required and you can ignore that notice. Thank you.
