Could you provide your site please? Please, consider that menu become a burger under 960 pixels, and 1024 is still considered a desktop resolution, so maybe your menu includes too many elements. In that case I could suggest a CSS snippet to reduce the size of the menu elements under certain resolutions.

Please consider that since Uncode 2.0.0 the plugin Smooth Scroller has been removed since no more compatible with the most part of modern browsers. However nobody else reported issues for this, since Smooth Scroller was causing more issues recently than benefits, so it would be great check if your site has other issues regarding scrolling.

Hello, I’m sorry, but we have removed it for incompatibilities with many browsers and, so far, nobody else has reported issues with the scroll behaviour. In particular, I can’t be sure your issue depends on that, since there’s nothing strange on our demo, we and other users have a good experience about scroll behaviour. So allow me to ask you again please: what browser do you use and what OS, please? Have you tried with a different browser maybe?

Uncode doesn’t provide anymore the ability to activate a smooth scroller, so, if you want to try again something like that, I can only recommend to try a 3rd party plugin (ex. https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-smooth-scroll/ )

Sorry, actually I don’t see any difference between the two sites, even if we can’t test it with an iMac Retina at the moment, but only with old iMac no-Retina and MacBook Retina. However, the developer of the plugin SmoothScroll also stopped supporting it because he considered it redundant with new browser, so there’s no way we can restore it, I’m sorry.

As I said, I can only recommend to try a 3rd party plugin (ex. https://wordpress.org/plugins/jquery-smooth-scroll/ ).

I do not have these options … but yet from one site to another (demo with the latest version and another site that has not yet done the update) I can see or not the soft scroll . I do not think it comes from my computer because I just tried on 2 other computers and I see the same difference between the two sites

Hello and thank you. And sorry, but that isn’t our code, it’s your code. I mean: you decided to use bold in your tables, and bold is created with the “strong” tag. I’m not sure how I can help you here. If you don’t want to use the “strong” tag simply remove the bold effect from the text and, if you still want to have bold text in the list of your pricing tables, add this CSS snippet to Theme Options -> CSS/JS -> CSS>

Hello, if I understand correctly what you mean, captions on videos can be displayed below the media only, so make sure you have selected that option: https://undsgn.d.pr/WF1In8 since the other one allows to display captions over images only, not videos (otherwise their interactivity would be compromised).

However you can replicate the look of the galleries on single media, by activate switching the caption off, activate the “Advanced Preset” field https://undsgn.d.pr/smACAg and replicate the option of the galleries on the Single Media as well: https://undsgn.d.pr/2k5jgaz

I noticed that Layer Slider (included in theme pack) has introduced pop-up design (which could be great, I’m desperately looking for a pop up plugin, but some are conflicting with uncode), but the problem is that Layer Slider does not let me use this feature and says that the pop up feature is only available with an activated account (so they propose to buy the licence). After reading your documentation, I thought that layer slider is included completely (including premium features). Is there a walk around for this ?! THANK you
