Please, make sure after updating our theme, you also installed/activated our new Bridge Core plugin. And then you could update other included plugins such as WPBakery page builder. Everything should be working well after.

We have just checked your page and everything looks ok on first load. If you are still facing off this issue, try to go to Qode Options > General and for Page transition set No animation and save. That could be helpful if there is any third party plugin in conflict with our ajax script.

there is a bug in bridge core plugin .. The code is not allow to load the template of video box short-code form child theme.

Hello, my menu has many options and when viewing it on tablet or computer by resizing the browser window, the menu is mounted on top of each other, it’s a error. I need to show the mobile menu in a higher resolution, maybe when I have 1500px, so it would show me well on tablet and computers with 1024×768 resolution, how could this be done? There is a conflict with the WP Favs plugin. When WP Favs is active, the “Install Plugins” drop down option is not available from the “Appearance” menu and we also discovered that changes in the Qode Options menu are not saved (i.e. font size adjustments). Clicking on the Save Changes button returns a confirmation message that changes are saved, but when you refresh the page any updates are gone.
However, if you deactivate the WP Favs plugin, the “Install Plugins” option reappears and changes to Qode Options are now retained. We’ve subsequently begun removing the WP Favs plugin from our websites.
Tested with WP Favs plugin version 1.2 by Damian Logghe; upgrading Bridge 17.2 to 18.0.4 on WordPress version 5.1.1 on March 18, 2019. We do not use the Child theme.

The theme is still giving 500 errors when using a child theme despite using the child theme functions.php that comes with the new version of the theme? This is means I’m unable to update my theme completely. This whole update is a nightmare. Child Themes should work as standard. I’ve tried editing it and adding in the ‘bridge’ part but still doesn’t work.
I have also tried switching to use the main theme instead of a child theme and then updating the theme but I still get the 500 error white screen of death.

I am out of support but before I renew I want to make sure my problem is theme related and not my server’s. We run the latest version of BRIDGE 18.0.4. Last week we switched our http://arcmarquees.com to https and now we keep getting what you see below as well as 403 on https://arcmarquees.com/wp-content/themes/bridge/js/default_dynamic_callback.php?ver=5.1.1 QODE Slider stopped loading on homepage, some images do not show, css is wrong , accordions stopped showing on https://arcmarquees.com/marquees-types-and-options/.

after the last update “Empty Space” visual composer element doesn’t work, it added some extra ”” into the html code. (style=”“background…”” should be style=”background…”). Seen on sosfactory.com homepage.

I have installed all updates as you were releasing them, updated all plugins including Core Bridge. Deleted cache and purged everything in my Cloudflare, but the problem still persists on different browsers. Any other suggestion?

Hello, I just noticed there’s a problem accessing qode options in wordpress. To be clear, the ‘Qode Options’ page lets you customize things like logo, header, footer, sidebar, blogs, 404 page, etc from the wordpress dashboard. So, we could suggest to update our theme and plugins to latest versions: Please, note that right procedure for doing this Major Bridge update is to first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins such as WPbakery page builder. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too.
