Hi there: I noticed two strange behaviors on one of the demo sites and I wanted to check to see if they were known (or addressable bugs) or if they were working as intended.
1. On the Blog Impact demo, the image and text do not adjust based on the browser size being readjusted. It just creates a black space around the original window size. (Chrome 72.0.3626 Mac OS X)
2. On the same screen, except for Safari iOS 12.1, the “Read More” button requires two interactions before reaching the article. The first touch appears to simply change the state of the button from solid to outlined, the second touch is then needed to go to the article.

Anyway it’s not possible in WordPress copy pages settings but if you need all your portfolio items have the same options you just need to use the Theme Options > Portfolio and leave the “inherit” in the Page Options (the native settings when you create a new portfolio). If you are not able to figure our please open a ticket.

1. None of them has the search icon visible. Can I activate the icon on the menu when I create the new menu? Can be always visible as in yours video tutorials? Search is very necessary for me.

If the question is if portfolio are created with a plugin, no portfolios are a native CPT from Uncode, you don’t need a plugin.

Hi, I am installing the theme but unfortunately the main dashboard of the multisites crashes when I install the uncode core with the message: “Error thrown
Call to undefined function ot_options_id()”
If I delete the plugin via FTP it works again. is there a workaround here?

Hi just to let you know (and anyone struggling to register their theme), the “Register your product” button doesn’t work in the latest version of Chrome. It does however work fine in the latest version of Firefox. Tested on Version:2.0.2 with browser cache cleared. Regards John
Hi piperhowie! A few users reported this issue with Uncode 2.0.0 (not Uncode 2.0.2) and it’s related to browser extensions you probably have installed, in fact this work in other browsers and fails only for few users with Chrome. PS: Anyway thank you for report!

Hi ehong33234! Not sure what you refer, sorry. What you need to remove? No it’s not native AMP compatible. Yes you can import all demo datas or selective layouts. No this is based on a custom version of backend WPBakery Page Builder. Yes you can.

For example: https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-agency/ loads in 2.31s (Pingdom). Can you please share your exact server and site configuration so that we can achieve similar speeds. Your optimisation page is useful but more info would be helpful. Is it a private server, what are the specs, what caching plugins do you use on the site and what are their configs. I bought and registered this theme two years ago. I have recently updated to version 2 and the theme is now being shown and unregistered, meaning I cannot update certain plugins. When I try to input my envato purchase code, I cannot click the submit button, it’s greyed out. This is causing problems which will become worse over time.

Hi, I’m trying to customize my dropdown menu for mobile and am having some trouble. Across my entire site I’m using a transparent main menu and I’ve set my submenu on mobile to have a background color so you can see the menu items clearly. The issue I’m running into is that I can’t figure out how to make the primary menu background that houses the hamburger menu and logo be opaque as well (only when the mobile menu is open). Is there a quick fix for this?

Hallo, Is it possible to have a filter for portfolio with only some of the categories? I want to use 4 different portfolios, each of them with filter only for some of the (sub) categories of the post. For instance: EXAMPLE 1: Categories A,B,C subcategories 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 The posts could have more then one category and more then one subcategory. 1. Portfolio from category A with filter only for subcategories 4,5,6 2. Portfolio from category B with filter only for subcategories 2,3,5 And so on. OR: EXAMPLE 2: Categories 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, 8,9,10 – the last three are covering A,B,C from the example above The posts could have more then one category and more then one subcategory. 1.
