You could add any desired widget into these widget areas. It could be text or image, or anything you want to have in footer area.

We could suggest to check from backup file if you created before done changes on your installation. Or you could tell us which demo content were you used and we could copy/paste you content from our demo website.

Terrible update process. Since I haven’t updated the template for about a year, I did it now with the new Wordpress block builder via Envato plugin. Honestly, I expected some issues but not that everything will be broken, shortcodes not working and the entire page practically destroyed.
An awful work done in this respect by the developers, very irresponsible towards clients. Please don’t expect everyone to follow updates weekly and better make this template ready for users who update sporadically.

Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

I am a longtime advocate of Qode, especially Bridge, it has been my ‘go to’ theme since I purchased in 2014 and I have purchased multiple times. I have today updated to V18 on a clients site and added the Bridge Core as instructed and my site is completely unrecognisable? I have never had a problem previously and if there are any errors, I can normally work through them, but today find that this BIG change has been quite catastrophic. It looks a complete mess, I need urgent assistance and can provide admin access if needed. Nick

Hi Guys, I managed to fix this myself. But have stupidly updated another client site to V18 and again there are multiple problems. I know you are swamped with tickets, but I have to ask like others here was this update tested extensively, as so many people are reporting problems. Hope you guys bounce back from this, as the theme had no problems previously, I am 5 years in using it!

Hello, I’ve updated the Bridge theme to version 18.0.6. Since then, my favicon has disappeared. I Wen to the Qode Options, but none of the Qode Options pages (except General) are accessible. I get the error “Sorry you are not allowed to access this page”. I’m logged in as Admin. How can this be resolved?

Hi! I have a pre-purchase question: is there a way to set up custom (main) title text on each page? I’ve been looking into the documentation, I can see that I can set up custom subtitle text and text above title, but in our website’s case, we would have to be able to set custom main title text as well which does not correlate with the page’s (tour item’s) name in wordpress. JQuery Scripts setting – what does it do exactly? “Choose which JQuery scripts will be loaded for your site. By default, all scripts are loaded initially” I found this option and tested with everything enabled, and than disabled. I can’t find any difference in appearance, performance or otherwise. Can someone explain it?

Enabling those jQuery script should be helpful if you are using those effects, for example, if you are using some plugin with datepicker, you should just enable this script, like we are using those for accordion and tabs within our theme. After i update to Version 18 of Bridge Theme, seems like my page is breaking. All of my font changed and some of the layout different from my previous layout. I cannot make the header menu transparent and this is so weird. I hope you can investigate into this matter as soon as possible because i’ve tried clearing cache and disable my Cloudflare, the issue still persist.
