After i update to Version 18 of Bridge Theme, seems like my page is breaking. All of my font changed and some of the layout different from my previous layout. I cannot make the header menu transparent and this is so weird. I hope you can investigate into this matter as soon as possible because i’ve tried clearing cache and disable my Cloudflare, the issue still persist.

Please, note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ - then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Hi, I installed the theme and started building this site: http://elabuelo.co/ The menu items have too much space between each one. How can I reduce that space?
Also, I read the instructions to import the layer sliders of the Theme 222 and can’t find the file to import the layer. Instructions says: “Search for LayerSlider_Export_BridgeN.zip* located in the file you downloaded from Theme Forest / XML export/layerslider folder and import the slideshows from that demo.”

Hello, I followed the upgrade instructions, including installing and activating the core plugin, but I keep having the error 500. The system complains about “Call to undefined function qode_envato_wordpress_toolkit_installed() in /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules/envato-wordpress-toolkit/load.php”
Do we need to have a sort of envato plugin and if so, which one?

You are still using Envato Toolkit plugin that is deprecated. They released Envato Market plugin instead almost two years ago. Just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules/ and delete this folder envato-wordpress-toolkit Everything should be working well after.

That is just api key error which I am trying to get rid of it; but please click on any menu item and you’ll see a blank page and the ReferenceError: bridgeQodeAjaxSubmitCommentForm is not defined error I mentioned above.

Well, out of despair I removed the entire bridge folder and copied all the files from the new version again and it’s now working. It must have been some leftovers from previous versions which are not cleared during upgrade, I guess… In case somebody else gets the same issue.

Since updating my Bridge theme this week, my logo no longer shows on my site when viewed from a laptop or computer. I sent a support ticket in three days ago and am still waiting for a reply on how to correct the problem. This is not the first time I have had to wait days for a reply from support. I love the Bridge theme but am seriously considering scrapping it and choosing a theme with more reliable support.

since upgrading to 18.0.5, I have noticed a dark grey full width area has appeared (without content) showing up on every page of my site – located just above the central footer widget. As far as I’m aware it wasn’t there during 18.0.4 and I’m wondering if it can be fixed quickly?

I got my hosting company to fix it. They have verified this error is being generated due to a ModSecurity Rule, and only the Hosting Provider can override it.
