​Hi, It seems since the update my line breaks in my Qode Slide text are disappearing. When I re add the break and update it now removes the code. Do you have a solution for this?

Please, just make sure you are using latest version of WPbakery page builder where is added compatibility for WordPress 5+ so you could continue working on a way you used to, using backed editor.

When I activate the latest Bridge theme, the website completely breaks and displays lines of code on the fronted in place of the content. The menu disappears completely as well.

I have followed the process exactly as in the documentation and this results in exactly what I was scared of, a broken site.

Any advice would be appreciated as I cannot afford to rebuild the entire website because of issues caused by the theme.

I saw many people ask a same questions on how to change “about the project”. I have the same question. Why not fixing the basic problem in your theme, not instead of developing more than 300 demos? If each of your theme has a big fault , what is meaning for 300 demos? it is 300 faults !!! On the other hand, I have submitted a ticket for three days via http://qode.ticksy.com, but no any response at all. Can yo check your ticket system often? We buy your theme and want to deliver this project to my client soon.

I am seriously considering buying your theme. Just one thing… the popup at the bottom of ALL your demos drives me crazy. It is so annoying. It get’s in the way of researching your theme.

Just thought you should know. I can get over it… but I bet I am not the only pre-sales person who is frustrated by having to click it closed, over and over and over and over and over and over…

We are sorry to hear you’ve experienced trouble doing latest theme update. Just note that right procedure for doing update of Bridge is to: – first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. You’ll see message about this plugin in your dashboard and just follow it in order to install it https://www.screencast.com/t/n8dhuezqWe0 Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

I have done all of this, several times, from the automatic update link found in the Envato Market plugin and from the Appearance/theme page. All I get is a message to install the Core plugin but no link, there is no plugin anywhere. So I downloaded the entire bridge theme, found the Core plugin and uploaded it from there. All is well but this update needs updating.

I want to purchase the theme and integrate Bokun as a way to purchase a service and connect directly to other channels’ availability. Thank you for taking interest in our theme. We are using WP Job Manager and our Qode Listing plugin for this demo website. And you are able to embed iFrame to sidebar of listing or in main content part. But, please note, we really didn’t test our theme with this so we cannot confirm compatibility. If there is any other doubt, we are here.

Hi Qode – we’ve updated all themes and plugins to latest version, but can’t get rid of the “Version 18.0 – This is a major Bridge update. In order for your version to work properly, please do the following:” notice – how can we remove this? Also, the child theme bundled with Bridge originally no longer works – had to revert to parent theme to get website working – is this intentional? How can we create a new child theme in Bridge 18.0?
