The last big update with the UX builder improvements has saved me a ton of time already, adding the class option to most builder elements was a great addition!
However, I commonly run into issues showing custom post types within the UX Builder. If I look at other builders, there’s often a way to easily show these. I was thinking, if you add a ‘Post Type’ selector to the “Blog Posts’ element in the UX Builder, you could easily display custom post types dynamically. They often follow the default posts template (featured image, metadata, title, excerpt).
I solved this now with a child theme and displaying the posts in the template file, bypassing the UX builder.

I’ve used this theme for over a year now and it crashed my site this morning. I can’t even install in on a fresh installation of Wordpress. As soon as I activate it, I get an HTTP 500 Error.

I’m having a few issues with the UX Editor….
1. I can view and edit the text via html within the Text Editor, however the built in WYSIWYG text editor is greyed out.

2. When I click on the left arrow button to remove the UX Editor and view my site full site, I can only scroll down, but not up. This is very weird.
I brought this to the attention of support via ThemeForest “Email Messages” here: https://themeforest.net/user/ux-themes but no one has responded well over 24 hours.
3. The Product animations don’t work either, however animations work on everything else. Can you get this working please. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/L8qldkM.png

Hi, I just updated the theme and now when i try to edit the product page with UX Builder it keeps on “Loading UX Builder”.
Under Chrome Console i get this error: “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘isRoot’ of undefined at t.value (editor.js?ver=3.8.1:2)”
I have deactivated all plugins but it didn’t work. What is the solution on this?
I mention that we use a custom product template.

Hi there, Can you tell my why all my blocks are showing blurry text for paragraph? if you check my blocks on those pages from below as example.

I checked all the links in your message but can’t see any blurry text. Can you clear the cache of your browser and check again? Please also check with another browser.

I tried it from different browser and different computers, sometimes it shows clear text, but when you try make your browser smaller size it suddenly change to blurry text and it goes back to clear on certain size. I found it showing blurry on my laptop but desktop was fine. so I tried to minimize browser size on my desktop. can you please check again? if you just slowly minimize browser it will certainly showing the blurry text. Please let me know. Thank you.

I imported demo content that I want removed … I can do this by hand but it will take some time. Is there a way to remove it via the theme settings ?

Demo content is imported to the database, you can’t remove that via options. You have 2 choices, using a Wordpress Reset plugin (if you want to start from scratch) or remove all demo content manually.
Is considering purchasing this theme. One question though.
I would really like to be able to use the Google Font library, which is possible in this theme. However, I have an alternative font that is not in Google Fonts, that I wish to upload and use. I can read that it is possible to use custom fonts, but would this mean that I would have to disable Google Fonts, and upload all the fonts (h1, p ets) that I need to use, along with the new alternative font?
