Please, just make sure that you followed right procedure for doing update of Bridge: - first update our theme, here are instructions http://bridge.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/2-getting-started/2-3-installing-the-bridge-theme/2-3-4-theme-update/ – then to install/activate our new Bridge Core plugin and after you could update other of our plugins. Also, make sure to have parent theme activated while doing this update. Then if you have child theme and made some modification in functions.php code of your child theme, just check if you are using any method with “qode” prefix and replace it with “bridge_qode” After this, you are able to activate child theme, too. Everything should be working well. Please, let us know how it goes.

Since a few weeks we have problems with our Meta Title. It seems that something has changed. We are just using default Qode SEO without any plugins like Yoast. We checked other sites that are also using Bridge >18.0 and there’s the same problem.
Problem: The Meta Title is just showing the Site Title (default settings) and isn’t showing the part from Qode SEO / SEO Title.
The problem is huge because of Google Ranking.

Hi. I’ve recently purchased two licences of your Bridge Theme but finding that I cannot reorder the main menu items. I go tot he menu section, move an item to reorder but then I press save they go back to original position and do not save / reorder as I wish. Is there a bug in the system?

OK. So I don’t have time to wait for you to give me access to your support forum. It will take days to get answers. Here are my questions.
1. Is there really only ONE place to put a menu? I added the top bar above the header and want to put a menu there. I also want a menu in the footer. How?
2. On this demo – http://bridge142.qodeinteractive.com/product/balinese-mint-sunrise-special/, there is a sentence in the header that says “Finest handmade soaps”. How to I change/remove that? Can I add a link there?
3. You have a bug. I cannot SAVE any of the menu items to new locations. I can move then, but when I save they all go back where they were. When I switch themes I can move menu items and they DO save to the new location.

OK. It took HOURS, but I figured that 1. you only have one menu (the rest are in widgets). And 2. it was in the widgets.
Still having issues with 3. I can delete menu items but I can not order them. If I change themes, it works fine.

Hi guys – I know you are probably being slammed by support tickets from your latest major update, but how’s the ticketing system going? I’ve got multiple tickets lodged that have been there for over 2 days – it kind of makes it hard to carry on with a project. Hoping you get under control soon.

Like it is advised on that ticket, you need to set sidebar for default shop page. Anyhow, our support agent could help you, but you need to open a ticket at https://qode.ticksy.com/ Just click on a submit button, choose Bridge from dropdown list and enter your params, or login with Envato account since it is integrated in our support forum.

We have released one major update for this 18 version, and because of big code refactoring, we need to cover all cases and make Bridge work on all (so many) instances smoothly. It is why we released several more updates after this 18 version. From feedback of our customer we could conclude everything is working fine now and you are able to use latest version normally. We are tracking any new feedback and we will add fixes for future theme updates, but there should be no problems at all. Thanks for understanding.

I am having issues with your update again. The last 3 weeks it has been fine.
I switch to parent theme, I update, i update core I reactivate child theme. I do it all on dev site with no cache, then on the live site.
I got 2 inquiries telling me my site is broken (css isn’t working properly) Its fine on all my browsers, I even tested css changes, text changes etc.
BUT its not working on my mobile phone, on any browser. Different fonts, different logos, code showing on the front end. I have cleared all security, server cache. I have also downloaded a different browser on my phone to test and still doesn’t work.

It seems to be having the issues that came up during your original update a couple of weeks back, but only on mobile? Thoughts?

I’ve done all my updates to the new website, however, I am unable to edit the wordings of the front page.

Ok. Thanks. We have just checked and it looks like everything is working fine on your website. Anyhow, you are not using latest version of our theme and bridge core plugin. So, you could update our theme again, and then update Bridge Core plugin, too. After this, you could update other Qode Plugin s you are using or included like WPbakery page builder, slider revolution. Please, let us know if there is any other issue.
