Can you please check on the content alignment in the Call to Action boxes when using ie (internet explorer). When the skin COVER is selected and the vertical align is set to BOTTOM, the content still appears at the top when using IE. Can you please provide the css that would target only IE and position the content at the bottom. The boxes and alignment work great in Chrome/FF. Thank you.

Do I need to activate all the “new plugins”? There are so many plugins!! Does this theme uses all of them?

No, you don’t need activate all of them, but the ones that are marked with “Required” badge. Other plugins just give you additional possibilities to a site. If you don’t need them, it’s not necessary to install them. Thank you.

hi, I use Jupiter Version 6.1.6 (yeah i know ….) I need to custom all my Woocomm page, do u have some plugin for this ? I try to use https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-page-builder/15534462 but seem have pb of compatibility (strange results etc…..) Help.

Actually you can use JupiterX to customize Woocommerce pages and create a custom template with Jet WooBuilder plugin which is bundled in the theme and can be installed via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. demos do not show entry form. Add entry form? login / register. Does the name appear when the user logs in?

By default there is no register form in JupiterX. If you use Woocommerce plugin, you have My Account page where register/login forms are available. Otherwise you have to use some 3rd-party plugin. Thank you.

I have been using your theme for years and loved it.. really disappointed with the jupiterX and Elementor release. Running into many issues and having difficulty finding things now. You guys had such an amazing and intuitive control panel and theme options prior to this. Really disappointing to see things going this way. Why shift from VC to Elementor? VC was way easier to use.

I decided to move to Jupiter X, however, testing it it has been a pain in the a**. Elementor looks nice at first, but then you realice is buggy, sometimes it loads sometimes not. I searched on Google and I see I’m not the only one. Also Jet Megamenu show weird errors, and you have to uninstall/install plugins to make it work. I don’t know, maybe this was not the best upgrade idea. :/

To fix Elementor issue, please follow suggestions from this article https://help.artbees.net/maintenance/elementor-too-slow . Also you can downgrade the plugin to 2.4.7 version. Thank you.

Hey Becomes elementor pro fully supported with all features? I have Elementor Pro and do not want to work blocked or restricted, have experienced themes where exactly that happened features are not allowed or supported, which is a no go for Elementor Pro. We bundled free version of Elementor in Jupiter X and Pro version is not required as there are also additional plugins bundled that provides more elements to Elementor – Raven, JetElements. If you want to use Elementor Pro, you can buy it but there are some conflicts you may experience and this article will help you: https://help.artbees.net/troubleshooting/plugin-conflicts-with-jupiter-x . As I see there are many missing files https://take.ms/iVtFd and also you renamed “jupiter” folder to your name. I recommend you to upload Jupiter 6.1.6 version from scratch without renaming the folder and activate it in Appearance > Themes, then check the site.

Hi ! great theme, I was watching some website running with Jupiter 6 on your artbees portfolio but with Google Chrome navigator, the website was flickering during navigation when scrolling with my mouse ! But not for this theme : https://themeforest.net/item/the-ken-multipurpose-creative-wordpress-theme-/7281173?s_rank=1 Working smoothly !

Please let me know before purchase, because one of my friend has exactly the same issue and some others not, whatever the navigator !!!

No flickering with Safari or Firefox for me !!!

Also we bundled additional plugins that add more elements to Elementor – JetElements and Raven.

1. Yes, you can create portfolio projects and show them on a page using Posts element https://help.artbees.net/how-to-s/portfolio/adding-portfolio-posts-to-an-elementors-template
2. In Posts element you can enable categories filter for your portfolio projects, for example as in this demo https://jupiterx.artbees.net/portfolio/portfolio-list-sortable/
3. It’s possible, you can select Product element in Elementor editor https://help.artbees.net/elementor/products-element and specify the category in the settings which products you want to show.
4. You can select order type in the same Products element settings using Elementor editor.

Hello, do i take it that Jupiter X is a completely new theme and not upgradable from 6 (have tried and it breaks sites with 6 completely), so we have 2 sites stuck now at 6?! if you have a new theme why not just make it another different theme as really you’ve discontinued updates for the original theme and replaced it with a completely new one, ridiculous.

Yes, that’s correct. Jupiter 6 version will be supported and updates will be released for future WordPress versions.

So we just tried updating the WP version on a current install of 6 and stuff broke, like the accordians not opening and buttons diff sizes. Should we install the version of 6 thats packaged with the latest download? May I add that we strongly feel that the orig version of Jupiter should have continued with upgrades as other successful themes do and your new theme should have been an entirely separate theme called Saturn perhaps.

Hi, pre-sale question and I don’t know if this is a theme question or something else. I want to build a site where my navigation is fixed to the bottom of the browser and when you scroll down it will move up and finally become a sticky top navigation. Is this possible with your theme? Thanks.
