Can you also please make sure that you have also updated the WP and Theme required/recommended plugins as well and also check once after deactivating all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure you will not find the issue otherwise you have to contact us through our support system with your site WP Admin and Cpanel Login details so we will check and solve the issue for you but after extension your support extension because Your 6 months of support period is expired from 15/04/2017. and you will find the Theme language files under wp-content/themes/porto/languages

2. You can also change it easily by changing it into the Code, You have to edit the file “content-portfolio-large.php” under wp-content/themes/porto as showing in this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/I8dP1km.png

There is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

That’s quite a shame. It was still showing on sale for $29. I think you just lost a few customers as a result of this. It isn’t the customer’s fault the prices were wrong. Sadly I cannot wait until the winter of 2019 to purchase a theme.
