By default there is no option to import separate elements, but we can help you to create them. That pricing table was created with JetElements plugin, so at first make sure you installed it via JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. Open a page where you want to add Pricing Table and follow the guide from this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpn7bqIiKks . Thank you.

Seems there are wrong permissions for “jupiterx” folder. Please connect via FTP, go to wp-content/themes directory and change permissions for “jupiterx” folder to 755. If you still have issues, please create a ticket and provide FTP, WP Dashboard credentials. Thank you.
Hi. I have bought this theme in the past und it worked out very well. I’m wondering if all the templates available in Jupiter X are optimised to use with the new Gutenberg editor (blocks) of Wordpress 5.x. Or: are there any thing missing?
Does this theme support background videos in combination with gutenberg blocks (full width for homepage / viewport area)? If yes: hosted locally or on youtube?

We don’t recommend to use Gutenberg with JupiterX theme as the main page builder there is Elementor and all our templates are built with this editor. So it’s better if you use recommended plugins from the theme to create a website instead of Gutenberg. Thank you.
Where can I download the version 6.1.6? I know that Jupiter has come up with version X but it’s not compatible with Visual Composer. All of my pages are built with visual composer. Whenever I try to download the latest version from ThemeForest, version X gets downloaded. I need the latest version of 6.

Do you mean a “scroll down arrow”? You can achieve this with Menu Anchor widget in Elementor editor https://docs.elementor.com/article/62-menu-anchor . Just add an icon and assign an anchor link that you added in Menu Anchor settings so you can scroll to the section you need. Y d wy, Great theme. I love this theme. I create my client’s website’s demo with your theme. And if they like, then I buy your theme with their account 
I did 8 websites with jupiterx But all menu burgger looks same, Please see if something can be done for this..
Also I have one website which I don’t want any brake point for menu. I am doing it as an android app. I want it sticky at the bottom and I want icon and bottom text. Like home icon on top and “home” text under it in very small. And then Envlope up and “contact us” bottom of it and so on. Hope you got how I am telling.

If you want to add some text instead of burger menu, we can change it with custom css code. Just create a ticket and provide your site URL and WP Dashboard credentials so we can give you the correct css code.
If you want to add an icon and text and remove breakpoint, you can achieve this without Navigation Menu element and use separate Icon List element https://jupiterx.artbees.net/elements/icon-list/ instead. Thank you.

Should I wait to update Elementor and Elementor Pro for Jupiter X’s monthly update? Elementor and Elementor Pro are constantly being updated but you guys only update monthly. How should I handle the Elementor updates?

We recommend to update the plugins only when you see “Update” button in JupiterX > Control Panel > Plugins. We need to check new versions with the theme at first to be sure there are no any conflicts. Thank you for understanding.
I just cant make Jupiter X work. I know my support is outdated, but if you redesign your theme to a completely new code it should work without issues. The jupiter x seems to be completelly broken along with elementor. Cant use my theme anymore!

Hi. I can’t find anywhere on how to configure Raven contact form to reply to email sender much like the behavior in Contact Form 7. What do I enter in “From Email” and “From Name”?

In “From Email” field you need enter an email address from which the message is sent.
“From Name” – add a name from whom the email is sent.
If you want to reply to a sender, you need use “Reply-To” field – enter an email address to which you can send a reply when the message is received or leave this field empty so the reply is sent to a sender. You can change it and add other email addresses in Cc and Bcc fields.

I recently purchased this theme and spent that about 2 hours trying to debug initial setup issues with the plugins included for Jupiter X.
I can tell you there is a huge bug is originating from Elementor after spending some time reviewing the code and debugging.
Artbees, I’d suggest you get this fixed quickly as the theme is completely broken as is and I will be demanding a refund if I’m not able to get this up in running soon, however, this does not inspire confidence for future updates.
You may want to reconsider your partnership with Elementor and go back to something like WPBakery if Elementor cannot properly test code and work with partners before committing disastrous updates, they strike me as an amateur development studio.

Pre-sale question. Is there an example of an persistent left hand menu bar? I see some of your templates have the left menu, but only when you click the hamburger. I have several use cases that require an always-present left menu that scales to the top for phones/responsive view.

Please try to revoke your API key and generate a new one. Also ask your hosting provider support if cURL and OpenSSL libraries are installed on the server and they are at the latest versions. Thank you.

How to create a clean responsive site with elementor?
The responsive on tablet: -you can only choose the portrait view in elementor? How to adapt the display problems in landscape mode?
-The changes made on the preview of elementor in portrait view do not correspond to reality on a tablet !?
-the menu (in portrait) is displayed on the preview elementor but not on a real tablet, while it appears in landscape! Why?
-The images are not in full screen in the preview elementor but are in reality! Why?
-We have a glimpse of the tablet, but we do not even see the bottom of it! Is this the limit of the screen or is the screen going down?
