We have not tested this plugin. WPLMS requires this format : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/import-bulk-questions-via-csv-file/ , I think the plugin is an excel extension to convert into this format.

It depends on what you are building, multi-site increases the database setup by X folds, so my advise would be to switch to multi-site only if it is necessary and the functionality you need can only be achieved via multi-site.

No, single site to multi-site is already given by WordPress, you can see this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEaxMeM3GOk , the plugin I mentioned takes care of the multi-user issue in multi-site setup, you will not notice it its mostly a backend way of synchronising things.

1. Wpml is a third party plugin and only required if you want to create a multi-lingual site. Like a site in English and Arabic. It is not included. For creating the site in 1 language you only need a translation plugin like loco translate which does the job pretty well. 2. BBB is a complete solution we’re releasing a service for this in April as well. 3. This is not as simple as it seems allt of the professional video hosts like Vimeo or wistia do not claim this. The best route is to encrypt the video and hide the key conditionally. We’re building a solution specifically for Wplms.
