Hi! Using Free Downloads WooCommerce Pro to restrict no. of downloads allowed per subscriber on my soon-to-be membership site.
I’ve contacted the plugin author and they’ve advised me to contact you regarding a problem I’m having:
Apparently you’re using a custom template for the shop archive page, and it’s stopping me from being able to instantly download a product from the shop archive page. Currently I have to click on the single product page and then add it to basket.
Does that make sense? Basically the plugin allows logged in users to download the content for free. Currently they have to browse the archive page, click on each individual product and then download it. I’d prefer them to be able to download instantly from the archive page!
Any advice?

Hi,
I checked the plugin but it doesn’t seem possible to implement that to Flatsome easily. Plugin wraps the button with its own code but Flatsome has a totally different schema for Shop/Category/Archive pages. I think you’ll need to contact a professional to implement it.

is it possible to show empty categories on the UX builder product categories product categories block?
the rest of the site allows this, but i would like the product categories block to have the same functionality
i cant see a way of doing it, there are no settings for this

I updated to the latest version and Appereance>Menus in the admin doesn’t work with only your theme. I can not create, edit and click. Please resolve it.

Hi , i’m using the plugin advanced products label , its works fine i got the style that appears on image . The only problem is with the sticky header .
The label appears on the top of the sticky header when scrolling up and down.
What could be the problem and how i fix it.

i’m not sure if they are really happy ! they are trying to login to my admin account since 2 days ! i just tried the credentials i provided to them and it’s working fine!!

On Product categories or shop pages, can it display the regular price with a strike through and the sales price below it. Kind of like it does on the actual product pages?

On my wordpress admin dashboard the theme options are not visible. I can only see the theme options in the left hand side menu but not the top where you can see howdy text and wordpress menu links. Any help?

Please check plugin conflict and the web console for the error messages. If it’s not a plugin conflict, mostly happens because of the restrictions of the web server.

PreSale Question: I want to use this Theme for a Tyre Fitment Centre. Are the Product variations in the DEMO similar to that of a Woo Product Add On?
In my case, I want to have Tyres as the main product with Wheel Balancing & Alignment as Add-On, will this work or would I still need to buy another Plugin to do this?

presale. we are going to have products that have over 100 variations in colors. can we with this theme, add pics to the variations and get to show on the product page
AND till that can we have a dropdown so it does not show over 100 variations thumbnails at once, since that is not userfriendly ?

Your both questions are related to Woocommerce and yes, you can add different product images for different variations and display variations as a dropdown list.

Mini cart uses Ajax. Please check plugin conflict and web server settings. You can find a clue about the reason of the problem by checking the web console of your browser.
I activated other themes(Twenty seventeen ) working fine with default theme. I have deactivated all the plugins except woocommerce issue not resolved.
It can’t be tested by switching a default theme. Flatsome has its own mini cart. Try to switch to the main theme (if you use the child theme) and check again. As I said, check the web console to see the error. It mostly happens because the “web server” blocks the Ajax script of the mini cart.
I am not using any child theme. Web Console error(JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 bgurl/:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED)

Could you please make sure to update your FontAwesome in the next release? It’s quite outdated and is missing lots of new icons. I’ve tried manually updating, but couldn’t figure out how to change the shortcorde icons etc.
