I am Kleo Paid user, and I noted that you are preparing for Elementor compatibility in recent update. Kleo recommend WPBakery Page Builder before.
we quite care about the page frontend performance, and it would be better for our user to access our page with fast speed. so my question is that which one is good for frontend performance and fast access, Elementor or WPBakery Page Builder please?

So I’m not sure when this stopped working, but the AJAX login redirect is not working anymore for me.
I have the AJAX login modal setup so that it should keep the user on the same page they logged in on when activating the AJAX login.However, it doesn’t seem to work anymore, and instead is sending them to the homepage.I verified my settings to be sure.

Hi, I did some more tests and can’t reproduce your described problem. I always get correct redirect on my tests. I have the latest theme and K elements updates.
Is there a way to make the Facebook app open when having a user login? or it only opens up the browser to login?

After update the Kleo theme I started to get erros on my website. I don’t need a support, but it is important to understand from where this error come from.
It only happens in my child theme, with 2 commas appearing ocasionally in some parts of my website.

I’ve changed to main theme, and the error disappear. So, it is just a child theme issue.
So, just to reinforce this error came with the last actualization from Kleo, and I would appreciate a hint about this issue, to solve here by myself.

Hi, Kleo updates don’t affect child theme. Please try to inspect any recent changes you did. Check functions.php and any other template you override. I am sure you will find a typo there.

Hi, that is the default BuddyPress avatar and you should ask the plugin developer to check the best way on how to change it.

Unfortunately it says that I do not have a support purchase code, unlike the previous forum system that posted the question in the forum.
My question is that I installed the mailchimp plugin and activated the BuddyPress integration option, but the checkbox does not appear on the registration page. So when a user registers the information does not integrate with the mailchimp list.
What could be happening?
Hello, If you need help from our team you will need an active support subscription. You can try on our Kleo facebook page but your questions seems related to some other plugins that don’t come by default with Kleo.

Hi, you could use Kleo for intranet and all you will need is a restriction plugin to restrict guest access to the site until they login. Any other specific features?

Hello, you can use any point or rewards plugin like MyCred with KLEO, all the plugin default actions should work fine.

Hi, we are providing it as an alternative so it is your choice to test it and eventually move to it. WpBakery builder and Elementor will be two builders and you can choose either when building your pages

Pre-Sale question. I am looking for a theme where people can sign up free to be listed in a directory. Then we have businesses sign up for a monthly fee to be able to see those people in that directory. They will have to pay the subscription to be able to see this directory. I would put that directory on a subdomain so it will be secure. Those companies will be able to search for these people by country and state (US). Would your theme work for this?

Hello, if you want to allow users to post articles then you just need to install Social articles plugin. To allow users to upload just media, install rtMedia plugin
