1. Flatsome doesn’t have built-in color swatches feature. But you can easily add via 3rd party plugins.
2. Please check the sliders on our demo page: https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/sliders/
3. It depends on your design. You can put on the header or the mobile menu.

You can take a look at YITH Color Swatches plugin or Woocommerce Color Swatches extension.
You can create different sliders for desktop and mobile separately with UX Builder.

They’re hard-coded, you can’t add your icons to UX Builder without custom coding. But our developers are working on the integration of Fontawesome.

i have been having some really quite bad speed issue with the theme, my web host has investigated and it appears that there are some files missing from the child theme that are not created after going through the setup

Your ticket #83582 will be replied ASAP. Until it’s replied, can you upload the main theme files (not the child theme) over FTP? You can get more information from the “Option 2: Update trough FTP” section of this document.
Dear Flatsome team,
“WooCommerce Multilingual is enabled but not effective. It is not compatible with Woocommerce versions prior 3.3.0”
But Woocommerce 3.5 update is not proposed in the plugin list
Flatsome theme is preventing Woocommerce to update to 3.5.
The theme has some additional checks in it that prohibits the updates to WooCommerce plugin. So do I need to remove those restrictions in order to update?
Or is it something that Flatsome will fix soon?

Hi,
Flatsome is a theme and doesn’t have any control over the admin panel. There should be another issue that prevents the update of Woocommerce.
Im having an issue with Flatsome. I am using Woocommerce. When i go to the shop page and add items to my basket i then go to the View cart page when it displays as it should. However while i’m on the cart page i then use the cross to remove each product and once i have removed each product my footer goes into a framed version rather than the default. Its quite strange actually. Can you help?

If you mean bulk license, Envato doesn’t have such an offer. You need to buy an additional license for each different domain.
What I want to say is if there is an agency license; because I need to be able to install the theme in many different domains, and have the update automatically (in the wordpress admin) always available.
There are many themes / plugins that have an offer for agency and updates for life.
There are only 2 types of licenses in ThemeForest. Regular and Extended Licenses. There is no agency/developer license for now.

Isotope filter exists only for Portfolio main page.
Can I have a different isotope filter on a different page…for example…page 1 has an isotope filter for portfolio categories a,b and c ….then page 2 has another isotope filter for portfolio categories d,e and f. Is this possible? If so, please direct me. Thank you.

The latest version of Flatsome doesn’t have any outdated Woocommerce template file. Please check if you use the latest version and any customized Woocommerce template files exist in the child theme folder. The next release is planned to be published at the same time as the next Woocommerce release.

I’ve contacted the plugin author and they’ve advised me to contact you regarding a problem I’m having:
Apparently you’re using a custom template for the shop archive page, and it’s stopping me from being able to instantly download a product from the shop archive page. Currently I have to click on the single product page and then add it to basket.
Does that make sense? Basically the plugin allows logged in users to download the content for free. Currently they have to browse the archive page, click on each individual product and then download it. I’d prefer them to be able to download instantly from the archive page!
Any advice?

Hi,
I checked the plugin but it doesn’t seem possible to implement that to Flatsome easily. Plugin wraps the button with its own code but Flatsome has a totally different schema for Shop/Category/Archive pages. I think you’ll need to contact a professional to implement it.
