Any idea when we’ll see a theme update, that includes new theme files for the new WooCommerce 3.6 update just released today 4-17-2019?

Woo releases its major update today, You can check the Change-log here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/CHANGELOG.txt
So because of it is major update from Woo, we have to test with all the aspects and we are working on the new Theme update and it takes a couple of days more, So please be patience, You will find the latest Theme update purely Compatible with the latest Woo soon until that please do not update Woo to the latest version.

I have an issue… On the phone version of my website, i can see banners that i cannot see on the PC version. Any ideas what might be causing this?
They were on the PC version before. I edited the home page and didn’t actually notice they had disappeared, until i loaded the website on my phone and the banners loaded. I cleared my cache just incase it was pulling up the unedited version, but the banners are still there.
On the wpbakery on the pc they just aren’t visible to edit. Very strange.
I appreciate any help/advice you can offer.

You can set to show the Porto Best Selling Products on the Product Page, You have to create a Block by going into WP-Dashboard >> Blocks and then use/set Porto Best Selling Products element in it as per your requirements and save chanegs and then copy the Block slug name by Quick edit it. Then go to Products and edit any of the Product and Scroll below you will find View Options and under View Options, you will find some options given below:
*. Content Top
*. Content Inner Top
*. Content Inner Bottom
*. Content Bottom
Just paste that block slug name in anyone and save changes and finally check your site after removing the browser cache, It will work for you.
But this is not possible to display just the upsell products linked to the product you are viewing, This is not possible with the help of Theme Options, This requires Customization.
Mate this is a great work.. But you have a lot of wrong translate in Turkish Language File.. I am tranlated correct words but after update all translate again delete and come wrong. For example;
Share mean > Paylaş But your tranlate write PAY.. This is wrong..

Actually, We have translated the Theme language file using Google Translate, and If you think some of the words are wrong then please edit the po file of the Theme and change the translation of the words as per your requirements and then generate the mo file from that po file and place those files at the same path, It will work for you.

Mate I am not need support right now.. Look I tell you your support is wrong and yes I have translate whic words are wrong all ok about it.. But when you release a new update all my translate deleted and coming wrong words again.. Please think include tranlate interface to your panel or find an other way for fix it. I hope I am explain whats the problem..
And one note.. 6 months extra support is SO EXPENSIVE

If you always lost the translation when update the Theme then rename your translation files as:
porto-tr_TR.po
porto-tr_TR.mo
And then place those files under wp-content/languages/themes and it will work for you and you will never lose it whenever you will update the Theme.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible to turn it OFF on Live Demos, But we have an Option in the Theme for using the Shop as a Catalog Mode and when you will use the Shop as Catalog Mode you have an Option to show/hide the Price, Add to Cart Button, Read More Button, and Reviews, you can easily turn ON/OFF these as per your requirements.

Can you please make sure that you have updated the theme.css files as well, and It might be because of the Minification of FontAwesome Icons from Speed Optimized Wizard, The new version of Font Awesome also requires font-weight: 900; when you use solid icons in custom CSS classes. I just found that also faqs has content issue the same as with custom tab content. There is no longer paragraphs or line breaks in faqs, just a big mess.

Hello.. I am not using any specific faq page or element just the post type faq as built in. Everything looks ok in the fags text editor but if you look at the faq “Har jeg garanti og reklamasjonsrett?” here on this page, www.arctic-fritid.no/faqs/ you will see that the content is just a big mess, no paragraphs as before.
The same issue with my client site here, www.barbiq.no/faq/
And content is added correctly to database so the problem is the same as with products custom tabs, how the content is loaded. Wrong use of wpautop or similar.

Ok, it works when i am using vc element textbox but it has always worked without and this means i now have to edit faqs in all my 5 sites

This is because you have Chosen a Product Layout as Sticky Info as showing in your providing screenshot, So please change the Layout which has Gallery Thumbnail enable like: Default, Full Width, Left Sidebar, etc, from Appearance >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and it work for you.

How to overwrite the woocommerce.php (path: porto/inc/functions/) to child theme?
Hi,
You have to create the same path having same folders in the Child Theme like explained below:
Like you want Customize the layout.php file under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/functions
So you have to create the same path/folders under wp-content/themes/porto-child/inc/functions and then copy the layout.php file from Parent Theme to Child Theme on the same path and Customize it as per your requirements, It will work for you.
