I’m seeeeeeriously considerin purchase real soon. but I have a couple of questions:
1. I’m for Bookstore theme. Will it soon be updated to accommodate Audio Books? In not, is there a plugin for it? and 2. Ad spaces?

2. For ads you can use widgets and add them in the sidebars or use any plugin for adding advertisements throughout your site.

after last updates variable products don’t work correctly, it is impossible to add to cart. Very big issue.

Please make sure that you have updated Aurum to version 3.4.6.1.

Hi is it possible to change the dimensions of the product page images in the gallery? For example see this page: https://altid.webdesignrdam.nl/wp/product/cocouture-elley-knit-lila/ The gallery images have not the same dimensions as the feature image

Last update seems to have some pb. You should check the products pages of your demo : https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/bookshop/product/silence-once-begun/
Images don’t appear anymore and category titles are in caps (FANTASY, etc.)

Yes but titles categories (for ex: FANTASYLITERATURE) are still in caps.

I’ll do that but can you not just check your own demo to see all those pb ?!
On product page on your own demo, do you see the category name ? Sinds the last update :
1/ category names are in caps 2/ comma that separate categories is gone 3/ no more space between categories names

The system of my hosting provider marked the file “inc/laborator_actions.php” as infected with virus. Can you check that file please?. I checked but all look fine. I dont know what happened.

Hi what setting did you use for the Uber Menu to make it responsive. In your example under the SHOP button; https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/
If you drag the window size in to make smaller your example keeps the menu in proporation and and looks the same until the dropdown mobile menu kicks in. I would like to know settings you used so i can replicate that.

WPBakery Page Builder and Layer Slider are premium plugins that theme authors purchase extended licenses of them to be able to include those plugins on our theme for free. So you can use those plugins without any problem. Those plugins offers some extra features that are activated only if you purchase a copy a those plugins. Then you also get the support for those plugins if you need support from the author.

We are currently working on it, we don’t have any estimated date for it as we are working to fix some other issues that have been previously reported. Until the update is launched do not update WooCommerce as it will completely break the layout of your site.

In the Customizer i set 4 columns but it always only shows one.

Did the latest woocommerce broke image sizes in the catalog? Number of columns is not respected in the customizer and images are now too big in the shop page and related products

sorry to bother again, i think after i rolled back i lost the contact page. I am trying to edit and i see no form anymore and not gmaps settings. In the frontend i can see at least the contact form and the map is defaulting to Fuji islands (lol). Any suggestions ? Thanx

Once update several plugins, browsing on PC, image size became very big in every product category pages. it looks same like a mobile pages that only one product per rows.
Now setting value of products per row in woocommerce product catalog is 4.

I’m a little disappointed. I have purchased this theme and set up a store, only to find out that the variation images are not working correctly. Is this going to be fixed in a new version of the Aurum theme? Or is it possible to remove the /aurum/tpls/woocommerce-product-images.php ? I tried using a standard Wordpress theme and that was working correctly, so it is the Aurum theme.

The variation images work properly, just make sure you have not updated to the latest WooCommerce version which was released yesterday and the theme is not yet compatible with it.
If you have updated to the latest version of WooCommerce, please read this article Outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. You can downgrade to WooCoomerce 3.5.8 using the WP Rollback plugin until we release theme update that support WooCommerce 3.6 (learn more).

Thank you for your reply. I have Woocommerce 3.5.7, that’s not the issue. You can actually see on your theme page https://themes.laborator.co/aurum/fashion/product/bobble-beanie/ when you select a size, the first image is a duplicate of the second image. When you do not select a size, the first image(variable image) disappears. This means that with this theme for each size variation you have to add a separate variable image, otherwise the first image showing for each size will be a blank picture.
Fortunately I was able to fix this by replacing /aurum/tpls/woocommerce-product-images.php with the code copied from the Woocommerce file product-image.php (this can be found on github: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/blob/master/templates/single-product/product-image.php) This restores the thumbnail gallery to standard behavior without blank images if no variable images are uploaded. Please fix this in a future version, I’ll be happy to provide more information if you need it. Thank you
