Hello, i have a quick pre-sales enquiry. I have customers with hundreds of learners who will use the platform on a subscription basis. I’d like to be able to restrict access to just one lesson out of the 36 in the curriculum per month and then e-mail learners when the next monthly training is ready for them.

Can i do this with pre-requisites, batches plug in and paid memberships pro? I.e every monthly payment they make unlocks the next course for that particular customers group of learners.

We bought this theme a while ago, ever since we bought it we´ve had issues, things that didnt work well with the theme, although these issues were “fixed” the theme never worked properly, as it was supposed to. A few weeks ago we needed to add custom html blocks to the course pages, we tried some of the solutions mentioned in the forums with no luck…our support period ended, but we felt this could have to do with the fact the theme never worked properly since the beginning. We contacted support explaining all of this and they asked for login credentialsto check, one week after hearing no answer from them we wrote back again, explaining again the situation and asking for some kind of answer, its been over two weeks now with no solution from them…we feel dissaponted after buying this theme because: 1- it never worked properly since the beginning 2- we´va had to ask for support for the simplest things (one day we couldnt change widgets cause they wouldnt save after creating them. 3 – it is a simple thing we need that should be easy to achieve…our technicall skills are good, but we are forced to go back to support every time. 4 – we havent heard from them in weeks and we feel we will be forced to pay for support on things we easily could do as long as the theme worked perfect. We certainly hope to get an answer from you on this.

I deactivated this file from on to off “showing”the warning, but it did work.

And when in THEMES, update…. i cant’ go from 3.4 to 3.9 …there’s an error message about not finding the correct url….
