Hi there, any obvious reasons why related posts might not show up on a single post page? They do exist and I have them turned on in theme options and the single page option too, I’m sure it’s something stupid I’m not doing!

The related posts are displayed on single posts page according to the category and tags assigned for each post. Please make sure you have added tags to posts. Could you please submit a ticketon the support forum and clarify the link to the site and WP access details? We’ll check the posts for you.

Hello Ellen! I have another issue with the mobile menu, in a ONE PAGER website when you click on the menu, stays open, it sould close after you click on the link. Now stays open and it has to be close manualy. where is the option to select one page scroll navigation in the mobile version? cause i check everywhere and i cand find any option, how works in your tehmplates? in the case you don´t have that option, can you provide me a code that close automaticaly the mobile menu after clicking on a menu link?

The way you can see now. The item scrolls to anchored section and the menu can be closed with the x icon or by touch out of the menu.

I do not mind the menu animation, i just want this to work like its suppose to work, so, for me would work if when you click disappear/ hide the menu(section) with no animation and goes to the anchored section. in the most simple way, no complications! Thanks!

It supposes to work this way, you can try to use another header style, for example, Header style 2 http://nativewptheme.net/home/second-header-example/ or Header style 10 http://nativewptheme.net/home/tenth-header-example/.

Im so sorry, but this is not working for me, I buy this theme cause I love the design of exactly that kind o header, so you are selling an incomplete theme, i´have been working 3 month on this and I WILL NOT change the header, as you can see this example “https://norebro.colabr.io/demo7/#” it works for them, if they can do it, you can do it too!!! i´m not taking a no for an answer. You sould take this feedback! this will make your product better!!!! now is incomplete.

Your Reply should be “We are working on it” not saying “There is no such feature in theme”, you know this is not good, If you sell ONE PAGER version on your theme, sould work as you sell it! so if you dont provide that option you should retrieve that feature till you provide complete product. Cause i buy it for the ONE PAGE version.

We’ll take your feedback into consideration. Our demo works the same way as your site as all features presented on site can be used on site. As we can see, you do not use One page scroll version on site, just Page builder with anchors, so not sure what do you mean by: “l ONE PAGER version on your theme, should work as you sell it”, could you please clarify?

No, your DEMO DOES NOT WORK as you PRESENT IT for god sakes!, in the case your demo works we weren´t have this conversation, check it yourself!!!!!
My site have only 3 section with anchors is really simple thing, i had selected the header 8 and 9, that i have to fix also myself to work.
Aslo your one page Scroll version is not convincent, and you can´t controle the scroling between sections. (so i just deprecated that option) and you can check it yourself on the desktop version of your demo:(http://nativewptheme.net/eleventh/#section-1)

There is no anchor menu on demo http://nativewptheme.net/eleventh/(as well as on the tenth demo) and the regular menu is working. Please make sure you have followed the instruction while creating anchor menu http://prntscr.com/nl0xlu. We cannot check your anchors as now you have the page with Page builder page template.

The anchors works with one page but we haven’t created anchored menu with the one page scroll as demo presentation. Just create a menu as described in the documentation article (like displayed on screenshot https://prnt.sc/nl0xlu) and your anchor menu will work with one-page scroll page template.

Currently, if you need to mix the layouts, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please, open the page editor of the layout from which you need to take some part.
Please, remove all the unnecessary elements keeping the content you are interested in.
After this, please switch to the ’Classic mode’ and copy the shortcode of the content.
Copy the shortcode you’ve received.
You may NOT save changes, only copy the code and refresh the page. So you’ll keep the page as it was before.
2. Please go to Pages > New page > and by switching to classic mode, please paste the shortcode you’ve copied and switch back to the ‘backend’ editor.
So you’ll get the copied content on a new page.
3. The same content can be added to the already existing page. Simply switch to classic mode, find the end of the shortcode and paste the copied one and switch to backnend editor.
By drag and drop you may change the position of the new elements.

As for the header for the Portfolios, please check Theme Options > General Options > Layout settings > Single posts header. As for the Contact form in portfolio just enable WPBackery for portfolios in WPBackery settings > Role manager > Post types – set custom and mark Portfolio http://prntscr.com/nknutw. As for the category name, it cannot be replaced to the bottom of the item.

For “Contact form” speech I explained myself wrongly, I would like to insert the module in the “description setting” block which can be on the left or right of the portfolio item instead of the Buttun. In the various fields Section title / Section content etc. I tried to insert the [shortcode] of the conctat form but it probably only accepts text.
How do I enter it? Can I just change the code?

You can add WPbackey modules and place them above or under portfolio item content http://prntscr.com/nn5xr8, shortcodes cannot be added to “Section content”, only text can be added there. You can check this example, we have added contact form under portfolio item content.

Hi there, I have a question around the custom header (currently have a local install so cant give access).
I have created two headers – one dark and one light and I apply these to specific pages depending if I want dark or light.
I have a problem with the button, I need a button that has a border and transparent background. The border/text need to be white when dark bg and black border/text when white bg. How can I specify a class to the button for these two instances in theme options or should i just do this in the page CSS.
Second important problem I am having is how to apply the CUSTOM HEADER to portfolio and blog posts. I have searched for the setting but cant find it.

is all white!, there is a setting overwriting all the pages!!!!!! and if i put an image on the custom heading its display the same image in all the entire site!!!! also the heading displaying is wrong, is not the heading 9 as its shows on the theme options.1. Is there any option to avoid the following points, and to disable the media pages like this page? In case not: a. where I can find an option to disable all the media comments, cause there is 400 media files in the media gallery!!!!! b. The heading 9 is not displaying properly, in this type of page!!! Is showing the heading 8, I want heading 9 ☹ and is set on the general options. c. I can´t find the option to disable the side sharing!!!! (the social icons) where is the option to disable it all? As you can se is too much!! One side to side , same icons repeated vertically and horizontally d. The same problem on the menu, the typo is cut by a mask! , I put a code in the main page (i put the link on the email) that disable the mask, can you make a code for the entire site?

As for the images attachments the pages are generated automatically by wordperss, please check this article. As for the header style, please try to set Header style 10 in Theme Options > Layout settings > Single post pages. As fort he comments, you can check this article. As for the Metro Gallery module, there is no option to add the offset for the items we suggest you to try Gallery modules.

Hi, is it possible to create a custom header with a different header background image for each category? In product this is possible but in the category, I can’t set up.
As of now, when using the default ”Custom header” all categories have the same background image, and we’d prefer a different background image in the header for each category.
And another question is it possible to stop flipping product image in the category view when the image is only one? Have an option on settings or must hardcoe change made?
