We had some time off due to Easter and 1 Mai which is a national celebration and a work free day in our country. The support hours were posted on our support forum: https://www.screencast.com/t/J5vSVjVOA2As for the issue you face this is usually a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

As soon as I update the theme to latest version, the theme panel goes missing!!!
Also, I’m trying to remove article inline ad which was added in an older version, but since last 3 updates I’m not able to remove or make any changes to it, when I save the changes it gets stuck on loading icon.

This happens because all of the theme functionality was moved to the tagdiv composer plugin. You need to activate the tagDiv Composer plugin in order to have access to the theme settings in the current version.

The latest articles section is added by the page template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ There is no option to hide it for mobiles only. When the option is enabled, it is enabled for all the website at once.

Will you please provide me with the post rating by users plugin which is supported by the amp theme. I need the one like in my site wikibioworth.com. The rating used currently is not displayed properly inside the amp post, however rich snippet of rating works. I need a plugin which works flawlessly. Thanks!
Sorry but we have not tested any such plugin. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

After the self-built footer is enabled, the article page has two body parts. The plug-ins of some article pages are also displayed at the bottom of the footer, and disappear after closing the footer.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The amp colors can be changed but the content on the mobile homepage cannot be changed as it is just a loop of your latest articles. There are no customization options for this.

Please see iconrepublic.io using a cell phone – maybe Safari browser. Mobile.
I ran a test. My “Logo Upload” and “Retina Logo Upload” both have a solid white background.
My mobile logos uploaded, are transparent and use a white font. Yet as you can see, on mobile, the site is displaying the standard logo. Not the mobile one. Why?
Please disregard the above question. The problem is that on Mobile, you are NOT using only the mobile logos. AND you’ve added a black bar at the bottom of the page. So for some weird reason, you have the NON mobile logo showing at the bottom of the MOBILE version, on a black background. This means, since my logo is on a WHITE background on desktop, that its invisible on mobile at the bottom. Because the font is black. Why are you showing non-mobile logos on mobile? If you’re going to have a black background on mobile, you need 1 additional logo type in the Theme Panel called something like “Black Background Version”. I now have a half invisible logo at the bottom of mobile and it looks bad.
I also see no way for me to change the colors on mobile. But even if there is – I shouldn’t have to do this just because the theme doesn’t properly support this third type of logo: A non-mobile logo that needs to work on a completely black background.
Nevermind ill just adjust all the colors to work with all types of logo. Bummer.

This is a strange issue. Please also test this on a wp default theme and see if the plugins keep getting deactivated. I suspect a cache issue rather than a theme issue.

Having issues trying to assign a page template to Fast News. For posts i have selected custom single cloud template and it gives me extra width. but when i creat pages, the content area narrows and for the life of me cannot figure out how to assign the same width i get in fast news custom template to all PAGES.
1400px wide for custom fast news template and 1070px for pages? visitors will feel like they playing a piano accordion lol
i have tried everything but seem to be missing the obvious.
For plugins like woocommerce and the like, i want page width to be throughout site.
The only reason why o chose fast news was for its extra width. is same width available on pages please?

The width is changed in the tagdiv composer using the stretch row option. In order to change th with on posts, you have to use cloud library templates for the post style. My homepage is the music review site(www.jazzspace.net) So I need square image.
So before version 9.7 I modified the image size in the “td_config” file. (ex. From 80×60 to 80×80)
But in version 9.7x, the contents of the td_config file were divided into several td_module files in the “td composer” plugin.
So I modified the image size in these files. But it didn’t work.
1. How can I create and use a square image? 2. If it is impossible to modify the “td_composer”, can’t I put flex blocks in the widget?

Please use the flex blocks instead of custom code modification as it is easier and does not require editing of the theme files. The flex blocks allow you to create the thumb size you need directly in the block settings.

I already did it. I use the flex block for main page. but the problem is sidebar. I think there is no way tot use the flex block for sidebar.

You can use the flex block for sidebars also. A sidebar on pages can be created directly in the tagdiv composer. If you use a cloud library template on posts or categories you can also edit these templates directly and have a sidebar created directly on a split row where you can use the flex block. It can be used everywhere you need it.

Hello. I am trying to make blocks only with one category on my homepage. Each block for 1 category, but including, excluding, doing anything does not make any change on my site. There are always all cetegories in each block no matter what I do. Could you please help me?
