Do you support the “sms:+15555555555” shortcode (similar to mailto: or tel: ) ? I have tried adding it as a link on my website, but “sms:” disappears when publishing the update. I am on wordpress 5.2

I tried both on Bellevue 1.9 and the latest 3.x without luck.
I tried in 3 places: The header (Twitter/.../phone call/...) The footer The FAQ (added a “link” and populated it with sms:+123456789)
Upon publishing, they all get “sms:” removed and only the phone number stays, making the browser redirect to my websites to.com/+123456789, which gives 404.
If I do the same exact thing but with “tel:” or “mailto:”, everything works as expected

Which version of Bellevue are you using?
I am using 1.9 . I want to switch to 3.x. Does v3 have it?
I saw your support page online for v1->v2. Should I use the same page to switch from v1 -> v3?
It’s possible but you need to know the caveats as we use a totally different page builder in V3. You can migrate your pages over automatically, you will need to recreate them. However, you get a massive upgrade as we use Elementor and we include all the page templates. It’s an amazing upgrade from V1. Just know the facts and read up on how to do it.

Yes, you can upgrade to V1 to V3 but please note that the pages are created using a totally different page builder. You can not migrate your pages over automatically, you will need to recreate them.
There was a typo in my previous comment. It should say “You cannot migrate your pages over automatically”. You will need to rebuild them using the new page builder. However, the new page builder is very quick and easy to use.

actually no. but this is necessary. there is already rates in the rates page in the backend. we just want to get the this rates to frontend. i guess this is not difficult. I think we can solve this with php.

I’ve just bought a certificate and, while trying to change my entire website to use https, I’m finding myself unable to make it work without Mixed Content errors.
As an example, https://hotelestorilporto.com/our-place/ is showing that the backgroung image is being loaded in http while everything else, is using https.
I’m having much more problems, but let’s start with this one.
Hopefully, the solution may solve everything else.

Problem 1: The addition to the cart is not done, either via the plugin “Booking request” or the widget “Accommodation Booking request”. Problem 2: With the “Booking Booking Request” or “Booking Form” widget, I am then redirected to the “cart” page.
On this page is indicated the shortcode: Also I wrote on the checkout page the code: [woocommerce_checkout]
WHAT I WANT: - Add to cart when I confirm the reservation from the booking form (in the header). - Access, after a booking request, directly to the checkout page without going through the shopping cart page. - Show the selected dates on the checkout page and the possibility to change them.
WHAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE: I installed the plugin woocommerce direct checkout as recommended but it does not work> Identified in woocommerce the cart page ( with shortcode: [woocommerce_cart] ) and checkout page ( with shortcode: [woocommerce_checkout] ) > Requested a redirection to the checkout page.
But it doesn’t work.

Hi. Great theme. I have some pre sales questions:
1. Is there a “recommended rooms” function based on number of guests? Example, if search for 5 persons, search results will show on top the recommendation for 5 people (Example Recommended option: 1 Double Room for 2 persons + 1 Triple Room for 3 persons) and a reserve button for this recommended option. That will be very useful.
2. I noticed there is overflow of the booking calendar in the demos when viewed in mobile devices (when selecting check in and check out date). Can this can be fixed?

Hello! I see that you are using WP Booking System, that’s fine but we have updated to a new Hotel booking system, you are free to use either one. For WP Booking System (the one in the video you shared), you’ll need to install stripe / paypal as part of WooCommerce, and then checkout from the checkout page, that’s how it will work. Are you also free to use the new Hotel Booking system that we have demonstrated here: https://demo.themovation.com/bellevue/

We are looking into the search shortcode this week. Within our custom widget, we don’t have the ability to add location, but I know that MotoPress has a shortcode that you can add into the elementor shortcode widget that might allow this.

and it takes an attributes parameter.

> Yes, can you use Accommodations as they fit nicely with the Hotel booking System, you can also use rooms if you are using your own booking system. You can use both for hotel rooms, apartments, anything you wish.

Hey there, i´ve installed the Theme with the automated installer. The Home (with Calendar) Page shows like it should, but if I try to open any other Page a 404 error occurs. When I try to edit the pages with Elementor it says: ” Preview could not be loaded”
