This is not the solution for a KnowledgeBase theme. The homepage looks like a knowledgebase, but it has no functionality.
If like me, you need a knowledge base, I have found there are Free Plugins on Wordpress, to help you out.
It’s been an unfortunate waste of money by me, but hopefully this comment can stop others wasting their money going forward.

We have clearly stated that you can use BBPress for forum options where users can post their queries , additionally we have articles custom post where you can add your knowledge base contents.
Our theme is fully compatible with “BBpress” and “BuddyPress” plugin . And WordPress contains plenty number of free plugins . So we can’t check compatibility . But you can use in our theme . if you met any minor issue then we will ready to help you .

And you are asking new feature , it is knowledge base theme , where you can display your all knowledge base articles . So our theme contains that core function . But you are asking additional feature .
You are trying to spoil our profile page annoyingly . If you have seriously met any issues with our theme ( functionality error or design error ) with some screenshot means we can’t able to remove your rating .
You are not interested to use our theme . We are ready to serve you .

I don’t seem to be able to use this as an actual knowledgebase. It seems to be like a ‘blog’ rather than a knowledge base.

Hi there, I failed to log in your support system, and I have sent email to your support address five days ago but without any response.
I have successfully installed and activated the theme. But there are some problems:
1. I can search articles which use wordpress defaut article model, but it cannot search any contents under knowledgebase articles.
2. Users can search “All”, “posts”, “pages”, etc, from the search box, but how can users select a spicific category and search contents under that category?
3. I want to make text color of posts and pages darker. I change the text color setting through the Buddha Panel, but it didn’t work. How can I make it?

Hello You have certain features displayed in one of your live demos such as “remote chat”, “live chat” and “ticket submission”. Are these items included with the theme or are they just items on your live demo page as eye candy? I am considering buying this theme but I need more information about these items and how/if they work in the template itself. Recently I have wasted to much money on templates with misleading live demo information and dont want to make the same mistake here and the buttons and links etc on your live demo dont work. So I need to ask.

To import dummy data, do we have to go through support or is that an option I can do on my own?

You can import the demo content you own.
For the purpose of demo content import we have removed the importer option from the Buddha Panel. Instead of that option we have used “Unyson”plugin to import the demo contents.
After Install and activate the theme. Then the notification message will appear in your dashboard for install and activate all the required and recommended Plugins, deactivate all the external Plugins other than the theme recommended Plugins.
Note: Before installing the demo content, please check that your server has the following limits as explained in our knowledge base link else contact your hosting support to do so.

When i use searchbox, and not use dropdown, the searchbox didnt return anything. To fix this, i had to change the editor to Text mode and take the attribute dropdown from shortcode.

Hello, when i change the Theme Skin to Custom skin, the H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 lose the font configuration. For example, if i use H2, the font size was not the size that was configured on the Fonts > Font Size. What i have to do to get this working?

Hi, i need am menu like themeforest menu… it has the main menu… Web Themes & Templates – Code – Video – Audio – Graphics – Photos – 3D Files
and Web Themes & Templates has a submenu All items – Wordpress – Simple Site Builder etc
Can i do that with your theme? There is a another way to do this. There is no theme or plugin can do that and i think its really handy for many categories.

You can’t remove the “dt_articles” slug value , you can change the slug value as per your needs.
Go to dashboard > Appearance > Kbase options > Knowledge Base > Articles > Permalinks , here you can change the default slug value (dt_articles) in to you own slug value.

Then go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks -> Click Save Changes twice. This is to flush the permalinks.

The main problem is the lack of an opportunity to UPDATE the THEME. In most themes there is an opportunity to update THEME if the developer has released an update theme. I did not find such an option(button) in the administrative panel. How can i update theme?
