Hi I have recently installed the theme. I’m finding some difficulty retrieving the LMS settings however. Has there been some plugin managment change or maybe the installation hasn’t been made properly?
I think installation is not proper. The LMS tab appears when vibe customtypes plugin is installed and active.

1. Wplms uses woocommerce is high has ideal plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-ideal-gateway/ ) so if woocommerce can be integrated then Wplms can also be integrated. 2. Yes of course you can change text and add multiple fields.

Hey globalintraco, try to disable ALL plugins first, so that you discard a plugin conflict. Try at start with revslider, mycred as i can see your screenshot.; maybe your config.php needs to fix. Regards

Hi, This is urgent. few days ago when I was updating the 3.0 version on my site, suddenly my site stopped working giving Error HTTP 500. So I contacted my premium support from my host Godaddy and was told that the problem was they found issues related to the missing theme files and PHP version. see the screenshot here that was sent to me

Ok, the latest version is 3.9.2 and you’re using an old 3.0 version. The 3.9 versions are optimised for PHP versions 7.x . The good news is that upgrading from 3.0 to 3.9 is smooth with no breaking changes. Here are my recommendations for upgrading :
1. Upgrade the PHP version of your server.
2. Update the theme via FTP or cPanel : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fAxv6SwAgtw
3. Then upgrade the plugins

hi i need some confirmation that this plugin can perform some functionality i need. Students are to purchase a course to participate, where they can login and book a time slot to have a 1 to 1 video conference with instructor. Can have many students purchasing the course but they won’t be able to book the same time slot if its already booked. Will your plugin be able to achieve that?

Hi ! Just a question: is it possible that the plugin can detect if any student simply enters the course and leaves the session open without interacting? My concern is that some user achieve high rates of time in the course without really deserving it. This comment is for WPLMS Unit Timings
If the user leaves the browser open there is no way to determine if he/she’s is watching unless we record who’s viewing the content via webcam. This is unfortunately a limitation of Unit timings.

So you’re giving permissions to authorised centre to access courses for all their students.

1. I had trying your demo, But I am not understand how to login as a batch (means authorized training center ) So that an authorized training center should be able to login their own interface (dashboard) they should be able to pay yearly subscription charge to us.
I think it is better you can place a ‘Authorized training center’ or ‘Franchise’ link in your theme so that it is very helpful for training centers like us. Usually a Authorized training centers should register with us (need a registration form for training centers)(they should need to renew there subscription yearly)

1. The login is for users. The users who are administrator of batch (authorised training center ) are responsible for its subscription. For batch pricing and subscription, I would need to enable another plugin for it.

Yes you would need to purchase the extended license to sell course through app while for theme you dont have to . Yes indian payment gateways like PayU are supported by woocommerce and theme uses woocommerce for payments , so yes its possible .

Yes this is how it works, the subscription should be a product parameter, so it is independent of other items in cart.
Hi, we have a presale question. We need a theme where we can charge users monthly. A user should be able to pay by Paypal. Each month a user should be charged and get the access to next video lesson. So 1 video lesson per month with monthly payment. Is it possible with your theme?
Yes this is possible. However, WPLMS works independent of eCommerce plugins. So, you can create a course and set it on subscription mode (link), the user will need to re-purchase the course connected product every month. Or, you can connect the course with a recurring subscription product which will automatically renew every month. We use WooCommerce, so for recurring subscriptions you can use Woo – subscriptions or Braintree gateway for WoCommerce.

Hello, please, I’m having trouble sending automatic emails: - the teacher does not receive an email when a course is sold (I have already activated contact points) - the administrator does not receive email when a user registers on the platform - Students do not receive email to reset password - Students do not receive the welcome email (already configured in LMS> settings> forms - Student does not receive email when receiving certificate

Can you please confirm that you have imported all the email templates ? And there is no message in your WP dashboard to import pending WPLMS Emails ? We’re checking your case. Also, note, that new user registration email is sent by WP while all other emails including the forgot password is sent via BuddyPress.
I have tried all these settings already:
1 – Go to wp-admin> LMS> Settings> Emails> Enable the checkbox as shown in the image OK!!! The button was already activated.
2. After that, you’ll get a notice to “Migrate All Email Templates to BuddyPress”. Click on that and you’ll get a welcome email template. This option does not appear.
3. Welcome email is sent to the WPLMS site for the first time. It’s not coming.
4 – From wplms version 2.7 we have added option to change the wplms_bp_emails option from wp-admin5 – Go to WP Admin -> Users -> Add New When adding a new user it does not continue receiving emails.
6 – Check with your web host in case they are blocking out emails. I talked to my host, and everything is standardized. Check if registration and activation pages are connected in buddypress. WP Admin7 – Sometimes third party plugins may create many problems because some plugins can restrict the operation so please check at once after disable the third party plugins. I disabled all the plugins I installed since when it started giving the problem. It did not help. I do not know what else to do.
Did you try re-importing the email templates ? https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/migrate-all-the-wplms-emails-to-buddypress-again/ After import you can check the imported email templates in wp admin – emails section. If the email template exists and you’re not getting emails then you may need to check your server settings optionally use other smtp solutions like : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/postman-smtp-for-emails/

If server is setup corrrctly then you do not need the wp mail SMTP plugin. You can try disabling it and see if it resolves the issue. Ok, share the link of your topic with me I will check this issue.
