In the past when a conflict happened between tagdiv composer and Visual Composer, your advice was to disable tagdiv composer and it was true that our problems was solved. Now with the latest theme update all of them came back, without a solution. So what do you think we should do about ready made websites that all of a sudden have major display problems?

Sorry but the theme cannot have more than 1 inline ad. At the moment there is no option to add more inline ads. Sorry. The latest articles section is handled from the page templates. Please read this article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ For the mobile theme grid, it was created to show the featured articles. Hi, in Version 7, when I copy and paste video URL from facebook or youtube in the post, it was automatically converted to the video preview which was a very very great feature. now i updated to the last version and its not working. could you please help me to have it back? Thanks

This is not related to the theme updated but rather to the recent facebook changes. The facebook featured video will not be able to grab the thumbnail anymore due to the code changes made by Facebook. You will have to place the thumbnail manually for facebook videos as FB will not longer allow this functionality to work properly.

Unfortunately there is an issue from Facebook due to their API changes. At the moment you can add videos from Facebook by following these steps:
1. Get to your video and click on the 3 dots like shown in the picture:

Seems to work at the moment http://prntscr.com/nmty13 maybe you solved the problem. Issues like the one you mention could happen if the theme requirements are not met https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Especially the wp-memory is important to be set to 256M if possible. Try to increase it like so. You can also contact the hosting provider to do it for you or provide assistance.

The theme is compatible with Woocommerce, a shop can be set using this plugin. The theme by itself doesn’t have ecommerce features that can be used to configure a shop.

on the amp version the images are coming as blur on the site – that i dont think its good for user experience as we have image blogging site. also I have unchecked the media option inside the amp setting – https://snag.gy/HSb4L9.jpg but still images are comming blur on amp version – could you tell me how can i use amp without reducing quality of the images?

That gradient was created to make the post title more visible. Most grids and some blocks use such a gradient, in order to make the title more visible with lighter backgrounds. With a setting it can’t be disabled, but I could give you a code you can enter in the theme panel custom CSS section, it will remove it https://pastebin.com/ETVigtK3

That would be links in the pull-down filter in category pages http://prntscr.com/nmonyz As long as the filter is enabled for category pages, those links will appear http://prntscr.com/nmoon3 and allow visitors to sort the posts in category pages.
If you don’t want those links you could disable the pull-down filter http://prntscr.com/nmop0x so that they will not appear.

there are two categories of dogs and cats
Primary category (cat): If the ‘main category’ of the post has a parent category, it will appear in breadcrumbs.
but on the contrary what appears is the dog category, not the main category, namely the cat category.

How can i remove the social sharing icons

You can remove any at all sharing icons in our theme but it depends where you want them removed from. Please open a new topic on our support forum at https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/ and provide the location where you want the social icons removed from. Is it the header? footer? the post sharing options? the mobile menu icons? There are lots of places that have social network icons.

The news ticker has such settings when editing the element using the tagdiv composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/V47kjZIik The theme does not add any hover color for this element. If you want the article titles changed and not the block title, there is also an option available for that in the same settings area.
2. The underline is added by the header styke and the color used is the general theme accent color.

Please check that same section for the article text color. The theme does not have a hover color available for the news ticker article titles.

You can use a code like this to change the default text color and hover color of the news ticker – https://pastebin.com/BAu2VEPb change the colors as needed.
The underline you refer to – http://prntscr.com/nmoyoj is not coming from the theme, it is added by a plugin as can be seen in the screenshot. The theme will add this menu underline - http://prntscr.com/nmoyv1 If you want to remove the underline coming from the plugin, maybe it has settings for this, please check.

1. Yes, the amp template has an inline ad possibility as the amp uses the mobile theme in our theme and all of the mobile theme settings including ads are working on amp as well. Please read this guide: https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
2. Sorry but i cannot say for sure in this case. You will have to test it out and see.
3. The inline ad in our theme only works once. it does not repeat after a number of paragraphs. Lt;s say you select paragraph 2. it will show an ad after paragraph 2 but it will not show another after paragraph 4 , 6, 8 etc. It will just be the one initial ad.
