Not sure I’d bother with the 12 month support plan. As someone who DID pay for 12 months of support and has 4 months left, I filed a ticket over a month ago because the favicon was throwing an mixed security warning. I updated the ticket three times since then but can’t seem to get a reply. Pretty good theme, but they are behind quite a bit on the WPBaker plugin, as well as some simple SEO fixes (such as making the Page Titles H1 tags by default). We’ve been mostly happy with this theme, but the support is what is ticking us off.

menu works on all pages except the startup-home page, it shows a big block of white background with white text

the menu doesn’t look anything like you have it, i tried to change the settings but I can’t make it look the same, I looked at the video and it doesn’t show anything about styling them.

WPBakery Page Builder does not work and I cannot edit my blocks on new wordpress. Already updated the them. Need support on this.

After updating to 1.2, the “up arrow” at the bottom of the page has dissapeared. I wish I had not upgraded now. Who knows what else has broken? I would not recommend anyone to upgrade.
