Hi, the footers have a slightly small size, if you insert in the footer this is automatic, maybe i don’t understand what you mean…

The text was smaller when I created it in a page, before moving it into a content block to be displayed in the footer. The urls in the list should have the same size as the text block next to it (i.e. “I am text block. Click edit button to change this text. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, ...”). How can I make sure this is the case?

as far as I can see you set the font size of the text block on the left in line: https://undsgn.d.pr/GewPqR so you should use a custom CSS now to emulate the same size with the list of links as well:

With this snippet you’ll emulate the style of the paragraph in the left column.

Do you guys also provide an option to show content blocks in a different order. E.g. I switch between 1/3 icon 2/3 content to 2/3 content 1/3 icon to 1/3 icon 2/3 content … et cetera. However, on the mobile phone you then see two icons on top of each other which does not look well. Is there a way to manipulate this?

About your further question, I suppose the class inverted-device-order is the one you are looking for. It doesn’t invert Content Block, but columns on mobile devices to display above on mobile what is on the right on desktops (and viceversa). hopefully this will be my last question; why does padding not work properly in a Content Block?

My footer is a Content Block, and I made it using a normal page layout (see: http://bevio.tenhackenonline.nl/test). However, on other pages (e.g.: http://bevio.tenhackenonline.nl/azure/) the footer has no padding and the text is literally on the border. How is this possible and can this be resolved?

What version of Uncode is this? It seems an old one. Anyway I suggest to remove the custom padding option of VC and use the Row paddings: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003585#&gid=1&pid=4

Did you read the Google results I linked to you? It seems an issue with SSL. By the way you can also activate the native WordPress theme to test and you’ll see this is not caused by Uncode, please test.

Hello, I think it’s not an SSL problem. It’s because of the Media File Rename plugin. When I upload and use a video using WPBakery, is the video reference stored using its Media ID? I am asking because I am using Media File Renamer, and this plugin renames Media files. When I upload a new video it looks perfectly, but when I use this plugin to change the name, in wordpress and on the server (ftp) it updates to the new name, but on the page it keeps showing the name and the old url. Do you know what can happen? Thank you

LOL right, I didn’t mention that here! It is a position shift and double blurring while loading for all images. On a clean install, very strange. But I trust you guys will be able to help out

From the description it seems you are using the Adaptive Image with ASYNC and Blur option ( https://undsgn.d.pr/RgkZLF ), if you don’t like the fact the it’s first loaded the low res image, deactivate the ASYNC option (even if used by most of Uncode users, ex https://www.tomrobak.com/ ), while the fact that you think the image is shift can be related to the blur (when you blur an image the edge are blurred too and it can seems that they are slightly moved, since he edge are blurred too).

Yes, I am using that option and frankly, that is one of the reasons I want to use Uncode I love that effect! However, I don’t have that, with me it loads twice and it shifts, unlike in the example. That example looks great! That is why I created a ticket We’ll get it to work!
