Hi there,
Question – why are my thumbnails not resizing correctly? When I add a featured image to a post, the image isn’t resizing in the thumbnail so that the entire image is in view and it seems to just be centering it? Why?
I need the whole image in view. It does this everywhere not just in the megamenu.

Our theme has a center-top cutting system for the thumbnails. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ The thumbnails are all in different sizes so the full image cannot be seen on all thumbnail sizes. Only on the thumbnails that hve the exact aspect ratio as your featured images. Aspect ratio is very important if you want all content of your images to show and not get cut. Try using a flex block where you can cut the thumbnail size to the exact size you need

I have two pretty big problems. the first and most important is that when I open the visual editor of tag composer I get the following error and the editor does not open: Error at rows: 13 (models): 12 (sun). The model does not match the content
A suddenly emerged, without making any major changes in terms of plugins or updates in the system. Other times he tells me that the content of the page was not created com tag composer, but it is the demo page that brings the subject.
My second problem can be seen at www.escalando.asdesign.es. In the first module under the slide, by widening the spaces of the box a little to have less margin to the sides, the prominent images of the articles do not cover one hundred percent of the box, which is quite ugly.

1. The composer can provide such issue in specific conditions. The most common being trying to edit a page that was not originally built with the tagdiv composer. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
2. I cannot see your site as it provides an error: https://www.screencast.com/t/4iPGgdZy5 but the way ou describe the issue, it could be a simple image size problem. The size of your image must be at least he size of the thumbnail as the theme will not enlarge images. You need to regenerate thumbnails too using a thumbnail regenerate plugin.

ok guys, thank you very much I’m waiting for my client to give me the code of purchase. I have one last doubt, I can not find the files where the configuration of the blocks is. I need block 15 to show the date, since it is the design most suited to my needs, but being an undated news magazine I am dead. are there possibilities to make that block if it shows the date?

Sorry but there is no date added to that block. You can either add it in the php code or the simpler method is to use a flex block instead. The flex blocks allow you to customize all elements of a block the way you like them. You can easily replicate block 15 with the flex block. Please read these guides:

The implementation on our site to use different demos on the same website is a to use separate installs. Each demo is a separate install. You cannot have multiple demos on the same theme install. There is no plugin that can switch our custom theme demos. Sorry.

The content is only crawlable in each slide if the smart list style used changes the url on each slide in particular. There are smart lists that change the url and smartlists that do not. Hello, Thank you for your suggestions.
1. You can already exclude posts or categories from the block filters by adding the post or category id with a – in front of it. 2. Our theme was created to ignore stickly posts as they interfered with our theme blocks. If you need 5 posts sticky on your page you can simply create a block and filer the exact posts you want to show in a particular block using the post id filter. That block will only show the posts you show so it will be a “sticky post block”. You cannot make posts sticky inside of a post or grid however, meaning if you make a sticky posts block, all posts in that block will be sticky, You cannot have 1 post stick and the rest be dynamic in the same block. This functionality will not work with our theme blocks.

Yes, indeed we provide wpbakery inside the theme package but we never recommended using it on posts as mentioned in this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ We only recommend using it on pages. For posts we can only recommend using our cloud library plugin and tagdiv composer to create custom post templates: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ If you use the single image element, there is an ongoing issue with this element and we can provide a quick fix for it.

1. Yes, our theme is compatible with php 7.1 and 7.2 We will soon add compatibility to 7.3 as well.
2. Yes, the theme supports google DFP but the implementation for these ads is not a simple as for the other google ads. The DFP ads require some extra steps in their implementation.
3. Our themes do not support RTL.

5.The theme does not have a tweeter widget but you can find plugin that can offer such implementation.
6. Yes, budypress will work properly with pour theme.
7. Our theme is responsive and will work properly on all devices.

When you activate the theme , it asks you to create a forum account in order to activate. You already created an account, that is why it says the code is already in use. As for the font used on the world news, it is called Roboto Slab but there are other elements that use open sans, times new roman (logo), verdana(post content), etc.

Hi there. I am a prospective buyer and need to know if I can use AdRotate and WeatherAtlas shortcodes inside your ad fields for both the desktop and mobile themes. We have not officially tested the plugins you mention but we do know adrotate works fine from our ad fields as we see it used all the time by our users. I can;t say for sure about WeatherAtlas though. Judging by the code however, it should work properly. The theme ad spots support custom code and shortcodes Make sure you wrap your ads with these containers though for proper positioning: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/

Facebook videos work fin on our end. Facebook changed their code indeed and they no longer generate a thumbnail but the actual video works fine. I just tested the Facebook videos implementation again and they work fine. If you have trouble with a specific video, please try to add another one as I have also ran into videos that hae restrictions and cannot be embedded. Unfortunately the theme cannot override these restrictions as they come from FB directly.

Hi:
Are there any plans to enable a preloader on page load. At this point when a page is loaded some content at the end gets loaded first before the content on the top. If there was a preloader for the page this will eliminate that issue.

Our theme has preloading options for the mega menu as well as the ajax block preloading. There is no general overall preloader however. Sorry. Optimization plugins can cause such issues as they move the loading of resources to the footer of the page. This is done for page loading speed optimization but unfortunately it can cause such effects as described.
