Hi, how essential is wp-cron to this theme. We have no events scheduled on the site but its eating up resources on the server and would like to disable
We’re only using for reminders. Check the WP admin – LMS – Settings – Emails – Scheduled Emails section. you have the option to remove these emails. It depends on your settings, like if you’re sending emails for drip, course expiry reminder, no login reminders etc.

Support, Just about three month ago i asked about release of the parent plugin/app and i was told a month from then, its been more than 3 months ago.
I’ve also inquired about the video cache for offline(a year ago) viewing of videos and was told its in construction and should be available soon.
Could you please provide real dates? Because its starting to erode trust on your part to deliver base on what you say.

You can also go through our negative reviews and you will find that a huge majority is from users who do not contact us for support via support channels. Our theme is massively pirated, the current stats is that it is in use 5 times than its sales. There are sites which are illegally selling our theme for $4 , there are sites which claim as original authors of our theme and sadly there is no help for us in stopping them. All users purchasing from those sites send us emails. Our daily email account is around 200 and we can not differentiate between a valid buyer vs a non-valid buyer. There I would sincerely request you please post on wplms.io/support , how to create topic, how to register in forums

Let me share again in detail :
1. Create an account on support, confirm account if required.
2. Create a support topic. ( see the screenshots in above link , select a forum, scroll to the bottom and you will see a form to create the topic )
3. A link for the topic is created and emailed to you. You can also click on your profile to see the topics you have created.
4. Whenever someone replies on the topic you will get an email alert. Make sure the wplms.io emails are not landing in your spam box.
Just want to iterate, the objective is to provide faster and trackable support, just create a topic and you’ll easily understand how it works. Let me know if you have any query.

Hi, I have few doubts. 1. Is it possible to have quiz open for public, I mean unregistered user. For some quiz I want to open for public or unregistered user. 2. Is it possible to share quiz scoring on social networking? 3. Is it supported escape HTML code, or does quiz allow to write programming language code in the quiz. As I saw some quiz plugin do not support or allowed HTML code in question and answer.
1. We have a “login as guest” feature using which any user can pursue the course as a guest. (link)
2. Yes, in the quiz results there is a option for sharing it on facebook, twitter etc. the social sharing options enabled in the options panel.
3. We can create a customisation for you, the quiz is very flexible we can create a custom question type for you, like programming question whose evaluation and display is all customised.

Hello please, I would like to know how I change the page that the user is redirected when he clicks “enroll in course” and is not logged in? Is it possible to change this redirect? Or appear a popup login/registration ? On my site when the user clicks the “enroll in course” button, a bar appears with the registration option (see image http://prnt.sc/nrckp8). When the user clicks the “register” button it is redirected to a registration page that does not work !! On this page the user enters the data and an error appears on the page. I’d like it to be redirected to my official registration page, which is working perfectly. Or a popup appears.
Fortunately, all the options are available ! Check WP admin – LMS – Settings : http://prntscr.com/nrh01d , also enable LMS – Settings – Course external link, you will get an option to redirect the user to a custom link when they click on take this course.

Well you account seems to be active but we cannot check if you are facing issues with its being active or not . We have to reset your password for that . Please email us at support@vibethemes.com and let us know if we can check by resetting your password .We will send the new password to you though .

Currently WooCommerce default role is Customer. How do I set it to Student by default, instead of manually changing “Customer -> Student” at the backend?
When any course purchase by a new user is made the user role is set to student, make sure the product being purchased has a course attached to it. If the user already exists then the user role is not changed. Let me know if this is not happening in your site.

Yes you can download them from the demo, we have the extended license of these images so we can distribute them up to 250k members 
, the cloud flare setting has disabled hot loading of images.
