It appears that I can’t access to premium Slider Revolution Template, do I missed something ? I have already activated Jupiter X
The same to access Blocks from Elementor, it ask me to buy Elementor Pro ..

Premium Slider Revolution templates require a license key and this case you have to buy it yourself (this is the rule of all ThemeForest themes). You can also download free slider templates https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ and import them in Revolution Slider.
As for Blocks templates, some of them are free (of Jupiter X, JetElements), but if you see the Pro badge for the template, it means you need Elementor Pro version, but we provide only the free one and you can select one of the free block templates that are available in the library. I would have preferred to know this before buying JupiterX, because I will not have bought it, and I will have bought Elementor pro + Slider Revolution directly, and I will have saved $ 59, so I do not see the interest of JupiterX

Please take our apologies, but such functionality of premium plugins is related to all premium themes on ThemeForest. You can also use other premium plugins with Jupiter X like JetElements, JetMenu, etc, which extends the functionality of the theme. Thank you.

If you upgrade to Jupiter X, your content will be broken as there is no WPBakery plugin in Jupiter X and another page builder is used – Elementor. Hi! Woocommerce says the theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Namely, this:
jupiter/woocommerce/content-product.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.6.0
Running Jupiter 6.1.6 on Wordpress 4.9.10
Do you possibly have any advice on how to fix this?

You can ignore that notice. It won’t harm your site. We edited some Woocommerce templates in the theme and version number should be changed in the files, no any code. So it doesn’t affect your site at all. Thank you.

is there a way to have active a specific category in the portfolio sortable filter when you first land in the portfolio page, for example I have created a section in the home page with four portfolio categories. What I would like is, if i click on one of these categories, the link will take me to the portfolio page with the category I clicked activated in the sortable filter instead of the “all” category. Make sense? Is it possible to do this?

Elementor is used in Jupiter X theme, Visual Composer is not included into there. So if you installed Jupiter X, you need create the pages with Elementor, and Jupiter 6, the main page builder is WPBakery and you need create pages with it. Thank you.

You can use Jupiter 6 with WordPress 5.2 version, but if you also use Master Slider, you should update the plugin to the latest version, because if you update Wordpress, the plugin will have conflicts. Thank you.

Jupiter X differs from Jupiter 6 version. We added new page builder there – Elementor, and Theme Options were moved to Customizer. To edit options for specific pages, you need install the plugin Advanced Custom Fields Pro via Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins and Post Options section will appear in the page editor. Anout sticky logo I found that it was set to secondary logo by default i changed by customizer thanks.

hi i was told jupiter was multisite compatible. once install on subdomain for draft purposes only the header custom type is lock. why is that?
must i use the same api key to unlock it?
