If you want to import some premium templates to the slider, you need buy the plugin license (this is the rule for all premium theme on ThemeForest), but there are a lot of free templates you can choose from https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ .

jupiterx_backups
jupiterx_templates
After that try to install a template. If it doesn’t help, then create a ticket and provide us with wp-admin and FTP login credentials to check the issue.

Yes, this plugin is bundled in Jupiter X. We provide plugins updates along with a new theme version as we need to check the plugins compatibility with the theme so there are no any conflicts. Once the update is available, you’ll see “Update” button for a plugin in Jupiter X > Control Panel > Plugins. Thank you.
Hi, does Jupiter 6 templates also use elementor builder? The ombrios template is available in both Jupiter6 and JupiterX however there is one small difference. The J6 template has a menu on the homepage which moves up as you scroll and in the JX version the homepage menu stays static. I am using JX and would like the home menu to move up. Can you tell me what the elementor settings are to achieve this please. I did open a ticket a week ago but im just being told they are two different demos. Thanks

Jupiter 6 doesn’t use Elementor editor. WPBakery Page Builder is the main editor in Jupiter 6. I’m sorry, but in Jupiter X such effect can’t be achieved. Please take our apologies.

Hi, this template is NOT compatible with internet explorer 11. I understand that internet explorer is “not important” for many, but my clients are used it, so i can’t buy a theme is not compatible 100% I love this theme but i can’t use it so i can’t buy it

Hello, I have a question and I do not know if it is possible to do it or not … I have created several portfolios (in my case they are products of collections), then a page that includes them all called Collections. So far perfect and beautiful. In this page Collections with all the portfolios, click on each of them and takes you to the collection (portfolio) in particular. And there’s the problem, to go back. Breadcrumbs say Home>Portfolio. If I click on portfolio, it doesn’t take me to the collections page, obviously, it takes me to all the portfolios, and that’s not what I want, I want to be able to go back to the collections page. Is there any way to do it? Modify the route, or breadcrumbs, to take me to the page I want? I thought of leaving the Portfolio Category as a Collections page, but the category is not as customizable as inserting a portfolio to a page from the visual composer. I hope I explained myself well.

JupiterX theme won’t update included plugins. Why??? This is frustrating and ridiculous! It doesn’t come with the updated plugins. I need to immediately update them and it doesn’t update. Won’t update through wordpress nor through your theme admin interface… Just gives error message. “Sorry, we cannot update these at this time.”

When are we getting update for the regular Jupiter theme?
You keep telling me and others within a week or two for the last 2 months yet nothing is happening.
There is no changelog to the regular theme we purchased and you only providing changelog for Jupiter X, as if you are dropping the theme that we all purchased and used for years.
You are basically forcing us to use your Jupiter X – is it good business ethics to push for your new theme and dropping the original theme that we all liked and used for years. Why are you ignoring our requests of updating the main theme?

Please take our apologies. Jupiter 6 update should have been released last week, but the developers decided to postpone it due to some tasks that needs to be completed. I think this week it will be produced.
We included Master Slider update into Jupiter 6 and now you can update the plugin until a new theme version is released.
Jupiter 6 updates will be definitely provided and we won’t stop supporting it.

hi there, i just purchased your theme, created an account here, registered the theme with the envato purchase key, got an API and copied the API into the pop up window in the wordpress theme preview….and then nothing happens…. tried it multiple times but it just get stuck….
