I want to ask i question about updates. It’s really difficult to update theme because of custom code. My version is 1.9.2 is there any problem with the security and the compatibility for now with wordpress version?

Hello In the media gallery (Isotope, layout Masonry) it’s possible to modify how the “Title” will be displayed and change size, font weight, etc. Is it possible to change colour too? How do I modify the same values but for the “Description” or “Caption” fields? The text displayed is far too small… Thanks in advance

I’m not sure I understood what you need—you mean the link to the preview of the Page/Post I’m editing? The site is on a staging site, only accessible with a login/pass

It’s Isotope gallery module, with Masonry layout. The bigger text is taken from Title field, the only think I’m missing is the ability to change its colour if possible. The smaller text is taken from Caption field, and that’s what I’d like to modify (make it bigger, basically, I’d like to change Dimension and Font Weight.)

You can insert in the Child Theme, Theme Options > CSS or even in the single page CSS options. The caption field should altered by the first line of the second code block.

Hi davydden! No sorry this specific feature is not an option, I don’t think you can find in other themes too since it’s really specific. Hi, can I get CSS script to reduce the size of the logo container for mobile screens? I have two logos (one for mobile and one for desktop screens) and the mobile logo’s “clickable” area extends towards the hamburger menu on the right making clicking to reveal the menu (I use an off canvas menu) difficult as it clicks on the log instead and takes me to the home page. The logo container is significantly larger than the actual logo on mobile for some strange reason (maybe a bug?)

Hi libnykattapuram! I see all the fonts and colors now, probably you restored a backup. Anyway the only possible cause is that you have not saved Theme Options after the update or you are not complaint with the Max Input Vars: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459869
All my system status are perfect and I lost all the settings of custom font and colors. Its not the same as it was before the update. I cant apply any fonts as its not there in the theme options. Something wrong with the latest theme update. kindly let me know what to do, Thank you
There is nothing wrong in the last update, otherwise you should read about 50.000+ users with the same problem. Are the settings you refer still in the Theme Options? Moreover do you have extra plugins? 3000 is the value for the theme and native plugins but if you have more plugin you need to have more than 3000.

The custom palette, custom fonts (I cant even select the fonts which is set using font stacks etc. That means that something is wrong. It was working as per my set theme options. Now i cannot see any of those colors, fonts and palettes.

Hi Kg_grex! Does your host uses some cache system, the only possible cause I can think of (if you have the Uncode 2.0.3) is that they have an aggressive cache system and your installation still “see” the old version of the Demo Contents XML file.

The menu is not defined as a file but as a PHP class: unmenu() in uncode/partials/menus.php
You only have to copy this class, paste it into your child theme (in the file functions.php for instance) and that new version will be executed instead of the original one. You will be able to add the changes you need to your version of the class.

Hi Kaarup! The client should be able to access update if he previously bought the the theme, the support extensions only give you access to support services. It’s the purchase that give access to updates.

Hi, the only way we can access your installation is via the Help Center, we cannot offer private support if support is expired, by the way this is the sense of the support expiration from Envato. We as author have also to abide by the terms of contract with Envato (ThemeForest) which is to the customer and marketplace own interests.
By the way, why you need to register the theme since in your version registration is not mandatory as last version? Do you need to update the theme? Maybe we are missing why you need to register this old version…
Yes, I need to update my theme, because my Visual Composer is not working anymore, it says I need to use the WP Page Builder now. To use the WP Page Builder I need to update the website. I understand with the help center and that you can`t offer private support. But I also can`t pay to make a registration, I hope you understand. This does not make much sense. If I would have a website problem, I would pay for the support, but for a registration, I am sorry :/

Thanks so much. I successfully could update the theme and even register it. All my fonts on the website changed. I guess this came with the update. Right now it does not fit to my website anymore, is it possible to use the old fonts? So to say from version 1.5?
The update doesn’t modify stuff like fonts, etc. Obvisouly if you inserted your modifications in the old theme files they are modified by the new fonts. Did you inserted custom changes in the theme files? Anyway do you have your settings inside the Theme Options? Do you saved Theme Options after the update?

Hi fdecoene! For the desktop did you tested if it’s related to some other scripts you probably have installed? On mobile the problem is pretty easy, you have another column that push the logo below, if you need to have a single narrow column you don’t have to create 3 column and insert the content in the center column, just create a column and make it smaller, ex: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214003625#&gid=1&pid=2
