Hi, I have a problem with the Muffin Builder. It doesn’t accept any more content and I can’t export the page either. After the 10 section it doesn’t add s anymore or cut content. Also can’t import a section after or before the content. Is there a limit or how can I solve it?

Had this theme installed on a website I never used and ended up deleting but I never removed the licence. Now I cant use the license on a new site. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

One more Question. I have brought two licenses but when I check on your http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ both show the same website being linked to both codes.
It means you have same page connected with 2 different license keys. You have to de-register one of them and later register key for a new site.

WooCommerce Product Categories on the sidebar is different on several pages. For instance on the home page it shows just 6 categories and the amount of products in brackets is wrong. On the about page it shows correctly. (all categories and counts are correct). I found that on the About us Page no layout is chosen and the default side bar one is used. How do I fix the rest of pages that shows incorrectly?

I have been using this theme for various clients for years. But due to the recent upgrade to Google Page Speed Insights, the theme is now scoring very very badly for page speed due to the bulkiness and general nature of the theme. This will affect all of my clients rankings on Search Engines, most importantly Google. NOT GOOD! Until the author can find a fix for this, I won’t be recommending or using this theme again.

There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:
- cache plugins like W3 Total Cache
- Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN
- Static CSS

Before purchasing your theme i tried to use some nulled ones on my local hoast to decide if it is the best for my needs but i was uncapable to complete plugins installation due to update essues so i have to ask you directly: 1-Is it possible to install the the theme on my local hoast to build the website then export it and import it on a web server like bluehoast using all in one expoting importing plugin ? 2- is it possible to create a fillable page to give a prive estimation of a service based on complicated data entries like ( quality , resolution ,shots number) interactive page in otherwords. Thank you for your enthusiasm and pleas replay asap so i can make my purchase.

many features in those fake versions simply does not work so you won’t be able to use them with the version you have installed. Please also notice that those pirate ones have many backdoors included that we are not responsible for.
1. Yes, you can obviously build website localhost of course and later move to the staging domain.
2. We are sorry but there is nothing like that included into theme.

Yes, license is lifetime and plugins like WPBkaery, Slider Revolution and Layer Slider are included of course.

Hey, I can’t get the sticky header to work properly on site :- http://ws2019.thereadinesscompany.biz/ If the browser size is expanded beyond 1250px the sticky bar loses the menu, reduce the browser size and the menu returns! Good afternoon, I bought your theme. I have created a website for a client. Initially I created it in my hosting to mount it as much as possible. I have transferred it to my client’s hosting and I have deactivated and removed my theme but it does not allow me to enter the purchase code.
It tells me the following:
“Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: codicesazules.com”
But I no longer have the theme installed on my website. First deactivate the theme and then I deleted it. But he keeps giving me the same message over and over again.

The error “The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.” means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send us access to your WP dashboard along with full purchase code that you have used for theme registration, so we can take a closer look. A Presales question – my client has a BeTheme website partially setup already, but I see that the plugin is not yet registered. – I will only advise my client to authenticate his version of BeTheme if I can see that the theme will be flexible enough to suit his requirements for the website. So far I am not convinced, as I cannot see how to add 3rd party plugins such as Gravity forms. There simply doesn’t seem to be a plugins tab in the WP dashboard. I have looked into the BeTheme documentation too, but can’t see any evidence that you support any external plugins at all. Please enlighten me.

Hi, I was not asking whether Gravity forms could be bundled in for free. I have a pro license for Gravity Forms already.
I was asking why the plugins tab is disabled in the WordPress Dashboard. I cannot see how to add plugins that are not part of your bundle. I have looked through your documentation but there is no mention of external plugins. I have searched this discussion, and while others have asked about Gravity Forms, the questions were answered poorly (with a screenshot of your compatibility list on your product page showing that you say your Theme is compatible with Gravity forms.
So I can’t go back to my client & say that your Theme is viable & he should register his copy of the Theme. Not unless you tell me how to enable Gravity Forms (or any plugin for that matter) on your Theme.

Sorry, we thought you ask about license bundled within the theme. The plugins that does not come with the theme, can be easily installed just like with any default WP theme, via Plugins section. We do never disable any default WP functionality, thus we do not remove/disable the section where you can install any 3rd party plugin.
my support period ended but I dont need support I just need the theme de-registered since I dont have access to the old site its currently registered on according to the error message. Could you de-register it. thanks guys

Been a big fan of your theme and the developments you are together doing to make the best theme possible
I have couple of requests and I am facing problem with Header Builder
1) Can i use the header builder only for desktop and not for the mobile / tablet (as soon as I enable I loose the responsive options of menu to slide from mobile, etc)
2) Is it possible that I can set the responsive options too from the Header Builder so that the responsive menu I can set weather to slide or open like classic dropdown etc – couldnt find the options for same
3) Is it possible to add social icons to the Main Menu without the Header Builder – can we have any shortcode or snippet being made for same or an option in theme to enable social icons in Main Menu – this is a very critical options
5) I believe the Header Builder can have all those other featured options that you provide in betheme settings of Header – to turn on minimal, adding shadow below the menu, etc.
Hope to see some insights and feature additions – Your help would be appreciated and more power to the Team Work

1, 2) We are sorry but there is no such possibility.
3) Social Icons can be set in Action Bar. You can enable it under BeTheme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.
5) Header Builder is an external plugin and it is not connected with BeTheme Options. However, we will consider this suggestion while future updates of course.

I would like to add the social Icons in the menu – Any solution for same! that would be appreciated. If that is done all my problem is resolved – I do not need to use Betheme HeaderBuilder – Give some tweak or solution for same – to have social icons in main menu instead of Action Bar.
At this moment, we do not have any solution to move social icons next to the menu as this requires files customisation and can not be achieved with custom css. However, we will consider it while future updates of course.

if you refer to pre-built websites, they all were done with Muffin Builder. So, if you want to use WPBakery instead, you have to build pages from scratch.
