hey guys 
me again.. i have fixed the previous issue.. but have come across another.. in one of my pages i have noticed that the site menu is not there? .
i have added this css
.page-id-2288
#Top_bar {
display: block;
}
this makes the menu appear again but is not working for sub menus.
so i tried this
.page-id-2288
#Top_bar,.page-id-2288 #Top_bar .menu li ul {
display: block;
}
this now displays the sub menus also ( but shows them all of the time and not on hover like they are supposed to? how would i fix this?)

update ive got the sub menus to appear on hover now.. only issue is that they every sub header appears now and not just the ones under the parent? code added .page-id-2288 #Top_bar, #Top_bar .menu:hover > li ul { display: block!important; }

I plan to buy BE theme for one Bookstore. Hovewer, we need design of the Booktore like this: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/library/ (which is not the real Bookstore), but we als need the real Bookstore functionality(the real Store, like here for instance: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/store/
So, the question is:
Is it possible to use design of Library “skin”, and to implement Shop/Store functionality (Shop widgets, the Store itself) from Store “skin”? If yes, how complicated it that?

What you have to do is import Library pre-built website and then just install WooCommerce plugin and configure if to own needs.

unfortunately, entrance effects are incompatible with some mobile devices and there is no workaround to make it work, sorry.
However, from our experience and tests, it follows that mobile users doesn’t like all those extra effects. Also, websites with such effects on mobile, does not rank as good as those without them.

Hey, i am using woocommerce plugin and i want to edit the product page using the muffin builder. Is this option available? If not, is there another option for editing this page?

WooCommerce product pages are hardcoded and there is no way to edit them using any content builder. However, you can find some options for woocommerce related pages under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section.

as you can see, there is no “Purchased” label next to your nickname what means you did never bought this theme using this account. I don’t know my other account anymore. Something with 4events but can’t remember. But if the helpdesk is so difficult and slow, I think I will choose another theme. I have now gone a few days and get no help, but twice a copy paste text that does not help me further. Time is money and it takes me too long. Rather choose a theme that has a better help desk …

Hi,
you can install all pre-built websites of course if you want. To do this, you have to create individual WordPress installation for each demo, just like we did. For that, please register license for main domain (ex. domain.com) and then create individual WP installations under sub-domains (ex. sub-domain-1.domain.com, sub-domain-2.domain.com, etc.). When license key is registered for main domain, you can register same key for unlimited number of sub-domains.

In one of my website comments don’t appear at the bottom of the articles. Even though I allowed comments from the single post and in BeTheme Options, there is nothing. How can I fix this? I need users to be able to comment the articles and I’d rather avoid to use an external plugin

I’d rather not to share my website’s credentials. Do you have any suggestions in regards to the issue? Comments are allowed in Theme Options (both “Blog” and “Pages”) and “Discussion” in every single post

one Item Purchase Code can only active one domain. So what if I want to use another domain?

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

So, if you want to build another site and your current license key is already registered for another site that was built with BeTheme, you have to buy another license.

First click on links to anchor move page to desired location and then some… right under sticky menu. but when navigating to another page or anchor and hit back – it aligns perfectly without going under sticky menu. is there a fix to make those anchors not to over-scroll on first hit? and talking about scroll – is it possible for those anchor link to actually scroll to location and not jump to it? back to top button does it smooth on its own… thank you.

I used the theme into one of my website and now that website do not exits anymore. As the website gone or I didn’t continue it, I wanted to use this theme to other website. After installing the theme to my new website when i tried to register the theme it says: you are using this theme to that website so you must remove registration from the previous website
now the problem is, that website is dead! What should i do now?? Please help
