There is many different factors that may has an impact on page speed like: heavy media (images, videos, etc.), poor hosting, internet connection between the place where your server is located and your current point, etc. So as you can see, there are many reasons which are independent of us. However, we have few suggestions to speed up your site:

Thanks for your prompt response. I am having issue on mobile – not with theme itself. The website is not responsive on mobile. I tried different trick under the theme responsive section nothing can fix that issue.

1- Why does my cart icon shows on mobile version but not on desktop version? (next to the menu)
2- When i add to cart the product, it doesn’t show the price on cart/checkout
(cart & Checkout are still on development so, just ignore some layout bugs

1. Seems like you have disabled Right Top Bar under BeTheme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras section and that’s why any content from that section does not appear.
2. Please switch to any default WP theme, like Twenty Seventeen, check if you have the problem/error and let us know if the problem persists.

Hey! Well, the cart icon is solved! Thank you so much!
Regarding the prices on checkout, i did try the other 3 default themes but none of them shows my cart or any wooCommerce links/pages…So, i could not see if the prices are showing or not.
Any other solution for this? Thanks again!
It means the issue you met has nothing to with the theme and you have to look for a culprit out of the theme.
Since Muffin builder isn’t compatible with Woocommerce. Had you have time to check if Elementor is compatible with your theme?

if you mean to use builder on WooCommerce related pages, you won’t be able to do this because all WooCommerce pages are hardcoded. The only way to customise those pages are options located under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop section. Regarding Elementor, we did never tested it so we do not know if it would be compatible.

Sorry to heard that. I hardcoded content-single-product.php to show only the_content(); This way I can use Elementor inside product_wrapper.
In such case, you have to test on your own if it would work the way you want.

I just bought your theme and I have some problems with one of the prebuild themes.
The intro of the site shoul be like this: https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/mechanic5/ But instead is exporting like this: https://johnsbodyworkrepair.com/Fore some reasons the slider is not showing up.
What can be done in this situation?

as we can see, you already found solution to import slider, right? You probably did not installed Slider Revolution before the demo import and that’s why you had no slider.

No, there are some languages in that folder but Spanish is not.
Sorry, you are right. There is no Spanish translation actually as we did never get the files you’ve mentioned above.

Hello, I have a problem that I don’t know if you can solve it. I used this theme in a “sketch” web a few months ago. Yesterday I tried to register the theme in another sketch website and it said: “Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: pruebapaginawebseguridad.com” The website where I used it, doesn’t exist already, because I use that temporarily, so I can “deregister” and remove theme folder. There are any solutions for my problem? I would like to use my theme, because I can’t do that and is not already used. I hope I could explain my problem fairly. Thanks in advance.

You should precede above css with class responsible for single post. You can find it in body, and it is .single-post class.

We dont want the testimonials featured image to crop 85×85 px and use full… please advice

Testimonial item was made to be compatible with this size of images. So, if you want to modify this item, you have to modify file responsible for images sizes: functions/theme-functions.php

Thanks for pointing the file but after changing the values it still crops the image to 85px so a wide image of 200px also gets cropped at 85px… 
changed the width in the shortcodes css file looks proper now removed the line from functions file.
When you change code responsible for image sizes, after, you have to use Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

hey guys me again.. i have fixed the previous issue.. but have come across another.. in one of my pages i have noticed that the site menu is not there? .
i have added this css

this makes the menu appear again but is not working for sub menus.
so i tried this

this now displays the sub menus also ( but shows them all of the time and not on hover like they are supposed to? how would i fix this?)

update ive got the sub menus to appear on hover now.. only issue is that they every sub header appears now and not just the ones under the parent? code added .page-id-2288 #Top_bar, #Top_bar .menu:hover > li ul { display: block!important; }
