I am using Elementor as the builder. Everything is SO CLOSE to working perfectly, however, the Parallax option is not available on Elementor Pro??? Any Ideas? Also, does tagDiv have anything close to parallax features and functionality? Thanks! P.S. Due to the project I am working on, this is kind of a deal breaker for me…

Prepurchase Question: I’m looking at the Gadgets demo (and a couple other demos). I don’t want to show the category of a post on the homepage because many of my posts have multiple categories. Is there a way to hide it (the category showing on top of the image on the homepage of the must read, for example)? Thanks

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Yes, there is an option to hide the category tags from pages for each block in particular so you can filter which ones will show the category tags and which ones will not. You can disable the option completely so no blocks get a category tag if this is desired.

Sorry but we do not plan on making any implementation for other page builders. We have our own page builder: tagDiv Composer and the theme already comes with another page builder: wpbakery page builder.

If you forgot the account you created, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide your envato purchase code. There is no user currently created with the email address you provided. Just a pointer for anyone BEATING THEIR HEAD AGAINST THE WALL TRYING TO GET FULL-WIDTH SECTIONS TO WORK – if you have a background color set, it will disable them. PS, did not find this ANYWHERE in the documentation. Have spent HOURS trying to fix this.

It’s almost impossible to use it. I activated theme on Godaddy’s WP tool. But I cannot use the theme. There are only two options. First one is installing default theme with all content which is I don’t want content. Second one is without content but that option all empty and I have to do every single element or I mean everything from zero. Why do I buy theme then?
I really hate it.
All I wanted to install default theme without content but with all design and menus and then change the names and add pages. I thought It is gonna be like that easy. But it is not.

If you choose to install the theme without content, the style is still imported but you have to create everything including menus, pages, posts and categories. If you install with content you get all of theme installed. There is no third option to install a demo with only “some” content. Hi, sorry I have a question . Can I edit code to article page using php code ? I have necessity to add a botton under the text finally of article. I ask this, because today I ‘ve update our theme with the latest version and if i write code php inside the our pages of theme, the modify don’t applied. For easy example, I try out to edit page 404.php in the child theme but there arent changes. While if i add code in your backend section the code is applyed correctly . I have disabled for this test all plugin of caching and for all step a have clean the all cache of browser .

Sorry but starting with newspaper 9.7, the child theme will no longer apply due to the file structure modifications required by envato. We wrote an article on the subject here: https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
However, you do not need a child theme to add a button to the 404 template. You can use the cloud library templates to create the layout as needed for the 404 pages as well as many other templates. How can I import demo in the mobile theme?

Sorry but the demos cannot be imported for desktop or for mobile separately. The demos work on both mobile and desktop simultaneously but if you use the mobile theme plugin, then demos will not affect it. The mobile theme has it;s own style that does not receive the style of the demos.

The mobile theme is a separate implementation and it has separate ad spots than the desktop theme. The performance is however greatly improved on the mobile theme. That is the whole purpose of the mobile theme. To bring top loading speeds to your mobile users.
