Unfortunately I can not say if our theme is compatible or not with ar member and toolset plugins because we didn’t tested this plugin with our theme and therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, you’ll need to test yourself on a test environment, sorry!

Hello, at the mobile version theres’ no articles showing, it only says ” there’s no artciles to show (in spanish)”, but at the PC version the articles do show, can you help me fix this?

First of all imported default news demo. then I built my homepage by tagdiv composer and then updated the page. wp reading setting set to static home page. Hello there,
I have a problem with the modal thing. Last months image modal was working pretty well. Unfortunately, while I updated to the 9.7.3 version, it went crazy.
I would like to click on an image through the article and open a modal with that image. But now, I click on an image and get the message “The image #1 could not be loaded”. To fix this I have to disable the General Modal Image option through the Theme Panel(Post Settings > Post and Custom Post Types) and enable the Modal image option on every individual image. This is a weird method, so I would like to turn back on the General Modal Image option and everything to work properly. How can I do that?
Should I mention that I’ve been using these settings(General Modal Image: On and Image Link to: Media File) for so many months and everything was ok?

Hello everybody. I set newspaper theme, but i’m having problem with the header view on mobile. That’s the link of the site i’m working on: https://sportivizen.com/ The header with “Sportivi Zen – Sport Life Blog”, from mobile device is not visible. Doesn’t appear also if seem to be present in header manager mobile’s preview. Where or which setting i need to fix? Thank you in advance for your kind support.

It seems you have not added content to your mobile header. Please access the header manager mobile zone to add content to it. The header manager has 4 zones that need to be added separately. desktop, desktop sticky, mobile, mobile sticky. Please select the different zones like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/rQjbk1PO8uiN

Hello there, we have come across a potential issue. Apparently Cloud templates on posts are not getting used when a child theme is used. As soon as we switch back to the “Main” theme (without the necessary css and php tweaks we use) the cloud template get’s applied properly on posts. However so far I cannot get the cloud templates applied on posts when using our child theme. The functions.php remains unchanged in the child theme if that is of any interest.

I have a question about the Header Manager before I can decided to buy the theme, Is it possible to put the logo on the right side of the header? And is it possible to make some links of the menu on different colors? Thank you.

The header manager allows you to create a custom header using the tagdiv composer page builder. You can place the header on the right side, yes but please note that the theme is not RTL compatible. You can set the header to position to the right, but there are lots of elements which need to be adapted to the right to left direction. The menu links can be set to different colors using a custom css code.

Hi there, I’m LOVING this theme. I’ve suddenly noticed that when I try to add a video post by clicking “video format,” the layout is only for a standard format. There’s nowhere to insert the video link. I don’t understand what I’m missing, I’ve been using this theme for years. Could it be that I need to update again?

The video input should be visible like so once you select a video post format: https://www.screencast.com/t/60OtUgQwp If you cannot see the featured video input on your site, I suspect a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi Bogdan, I have done as you suggested. 1) I disabled all the plugins except page builder and cleared the cache but the video post format is still not visible.
2) I don’t know what cdn is so I assume it’s not being used on my site.
3) I don’‘t have any custom code.
4.) I don’‘t use a child theme.

i went according to your suggestion and install mobile theme and it really helped on my speed but on HOMEPAGE top grid is not displaying only latest article is showing.
