I urgently need help regarding the certificate after completing a course. I don’t know why this is a big issue as i always have this problem…

I have a free course on the website that i need people to take and certificate gets issued to them. I have implemented the certificate but it is not showing after completion of the course. Please assist as this is urgent.

Hello! I found thats my site http://femmeint.ru/ is very slow loading. So, I deactivated LearnPress plugins and it starts loading fasler. I think, theme plugins makes the site work slow because of java script code (google page speed insides say it). Can I fix it?

A couple months ago, I came to you for assistance with a minor problem on my website. You asked me to consider renewing my support for the theme, then ignored my issue until I renewed.

Soon after renewing my support membership, I found that the Eduma Forum Search was not working. No matter what term I enter in the search box, I get the “It’s time to request a new support topic” message. So users waste precious hours searching through forum pages to find similar topics that may have the answers we’re looking for. The Forum helps users find answers to questions without us having to wait 2-3 days (especially on weekends) for you to respond.

I complained about this over 3 months ago, and you still haven’t fixed it. And since you’re the ones who built the Forum, I’m led to believe that you’ve purposely disabled the Forum Search. Please consider re-enabling it.

Is it possible to use CCAvenue with monthly subscription? We know CCAvenue payment works via Woocommerce. However we wanted to have monthly subscriptions with CCAvenue. Is it possible with your theme or we need to custom develop this feature?

My questions: 1. Why does the user need to register before booking event? I want to remove that step and send him directly to the checkout page. There he can enter all necessary information. If this is impossible, can you send me the code for a simple pop up registration window. I saw it somewhere in theme comment section, but can not find it now. It was a Pop Up Div coming after clicking on Book/Reserve event button – with just few fields – Names, Email, et.

How can I just show profile photo, and ‘Directory’ type of details on the public Members page? Just like Profile Photo, Email address, Phone, Departments, etc.

On the ‘Members’ page which display all registered users, the Quizzes tab is showing passed/failed courses even though we’ve disabled showing course progress. Please advise.
