The Transparency field accepts values from 0 – 1. “0“ is fully transparent, while “1” is fully opaque. For a semi-transparent header, enter “0.5.”
Also note that you need to choose some background color. Any color is fine, but it’s required to populate this field.

The instagram widget is not showing any of my pictures. I have connected our account in the curly options. If I add a title I can see that but no pictures.

Regarding the Instagram issues, please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page
Then find all the instagram fields and delete them → http://postimg.cc/WqtRxPLX
If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to: www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.
Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.
- Also note that some web servers don’t allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.
