Hi, we have a website using your theme and now not able to edit with the corner stone page builder. When we click on “edit with cornerstone” it takes us to the new page with the large cornerstone logo spinning but nothing after? Please help.

Hey there! If you click “Save Template” while on the Layout pane of the content builder it will let you choose any number of sections on your page (all preselected by deafult). Just enter a name and click “Save”. Now you can use the “Load Template” button which is also on the Layout pane to insert your template at any point on any page.

I would like to please know if it is possible to have a different menus for different pages?
I want to create a multilingual site without a a WPML plugin. I do not want the plugin to translate the menu or content for me.
I need to create site to have 2 languages but they are not to be auto-translated. So by selecting Dutch or English at the landing, I would need to the menu items to be in Dutch and another menu and different links for English.

Thanks for reaching out. Out of the box, it would need to be the same menu but with translated navigation items. There are ways with some adjustments in a child theme to change this but it would take a little custom development.
Is it possible to confirm the search results page? I need a page with the ListView, with small pictures and price fields. (for use with Woocommerce)

We do not have an official recommendation in that regard. All plugins that follow the official WordPress coding standard will be working just fine with our theme.

Hi there,
You never need to renew your license. If you purchase X you will always be able to use it. Because your license never expires, you will always be able to get updates and there are no adverse effects.

Hi guys i need some urgent support, the mobile menu seems to appear as the normal navigation bar the same as on a desktop which is not an issue but it is blocking the logo and looks really bad, i downloaded a mobile menu plugin so either
1 – how do i remove standard menu on mobile devices
2 – how do i adjust/move the log or menu on mobile devices

It sounds like it may be assigned to a different domain in your account. Have you tried the forgot password link on our login page? If so and it’s still not working or you’ve forgotten the email, feel free to contact us directly with your email and purchase code so we can look it up.

hi, I have installed some demo content for my site from this demo… http://demo.theme.co/wedding/. When looking at the blog, the sidebar encroaches on the whole page, it covers the top menu and the blog posts. Is there a way so that the side bar appears under the header and next to the blog rather than on top of it. Thanks for reaching out. The sidebar in the Icon stack is meant to have it’s own scrollable area but it shouldn’t be overlapping your main content like that. I’m not sure what is causing this, but I’m sure we can help you get it worked out. Could you please open a new topic in our support center? It’s possible you have multiple accounts. We’ve seen this before when more than one account exists under different email addresses. If you contact us over email and send us your purchase code we can locate the account for you. You can us the contact form on our profile page.

We allow you to have 1 live and 1 staging site active at the same time. You can activate your staging site in the apex dashboard under the licenses tab. You can read more about this here.

You will need to buy 1 license per website / installation you are using X on. So if those sites are individual sites you would need to buy an additional license per subdomain.
Hi, I’ve had some poor experiences with themes and plugins where “out of the box” doesn’t always work. I’ve limited ability to troubleshoot things that go wrong even when I’m following instructions to the letter. Do you have a demo license either with functionality or time limitation applied that would let me try out your theme and if I run into the types of problems I have with other themes, will let me walk away without having paid for something that doesn’t work? Sorry to start off so negative but I’ve had some pretty frustrating experiences up to this point.

One other question. I’ve been advised to set up any theme I use as a child theme. Is this the recommended path for X?
We have a starter child theme you can download for X from your account dashboard on our site where you would register to setup automatic updates. It’s not required, but we recommend it if you plan on heavily modifying the theme.

You can create a child theme and alter any templates to your need but to answer your question properly we would need to know some more background information on what you’re trying to achieve by altering the theme / plugin files. Please let us know.
The society who want i make a new site is with a theme is a theme phoenix with plugins : FastWP Theme extension and FastWP WordPress Importer. it is blocked with wordpress 4.9. A lot of plugins in the theme are out and i don’t like it, more, plugin for Header and Footer, etc… I use to write themes, and all is in. Not a plugin for each part of my theme. It’s for that i ask what is the dependance of the theme with plugins, or right to alter theme for myself to write a new theme for the client ?
Thanks for the clarifying. You’re certainly welcome to modify any files as needed – using a child theme is a great way to organize your code changes to avoid things breaking when themes or plugins are updated.

Cornerstone still needs to be active as it includes other functionality essential to X like the theme options manager. You are not required to use the page builder though. You can build all your pages with Elementor.
