I have WPLMS and the WOO COMMERCE ADD ON. I set my course as a product to sell. However, the course itself, can still be accessed. My question: Do I need to set the course itself to “PRIVATE” and if I do, can the people who buy the course still access it?

The above code also changes the icon to text. But as you can see it is setting the color as white which does not appear on white background. So try this :

This is available in the theme itself. There is a switch to redirect course categories to course directory itself.

The plugins which are recommended by demo are design specific. In the setup wizard you can install the plugins by choosing the features that you need, irrespective of the demo you chose.

Well there is actually no full proof way to protect the videos .users can always record their screen if nothing works .Currently the best way to protect video is to use encrypted videos which we have been working from last few months . BuddyDrive plugin not updated, posing security risk.
BuddyDrive plugin has not been updated since 2 years. I am having problems due to this outdated plugins. everything else is updated and secured and only this plugin is outdated and may be providing back door to the site.
Plugin developer has been telling for more than a year that he will update but still not updated.
Please provide an alternative solution.

Hi, I am an e-learning consultant and I would like to offer my customers the option to build and host their own courses on my infrastructure.
- Do you have an agency/reseller version or a developer version/license? Maybe something that works on a WP multisite network (sub directory)
I don’t want to install a separate WP and WPLMS instance per customer, it will be hard to manage, as I will be responsible for the up-keeping, security and updates.
I’d like to have a version that can support 5 separate customers as if they were 5 different colleges, each one has it’s own students, courses and dashboard. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.
1. There is no such license defined by Envato. you can purchase 1 license per sale.

Hi ViveThemes. This is a question for you and for every one here. Does someone else have problems with excessive CPU consumption? I deactivated all the plugins, and then when I started activating the plugins (WPLMS plugins) of the theme, the excessive consumption of cpu started again to rise. Even being just me using the site. I have a dedicated hosting with 2 CPU and 4 GB of RAM. My site very slow.
The Wplms plugins installation should not cause any CPU consumption. The plugins like Buddypress, Woocommerce which install custom tables in the database can increase CPU usage for few seconds. What is the Php version in your site ? Php v7.2 is recommended for best performance.

Hi there. I had a quick question. We built a quiz and it is looking good. When I visit the quiz by itself I can see all of the quiz questions on the left sidebar. But if I include a quiz in a course that I am taking, the quiz numbers are showing in the sidebar… is there a way to include them somehow?

I think you have not added sections in the curriculum because of which the left sidebar appears as blank in the in-course quiz. You can show more than 1 question in the in-course quiz, configure this at wp admin – lms – settings. For the blank left sidebar either disable the curriculum accordion mode in wp admin – Lms – settings or add sections in the curriculum of the course.
Thanks! I went ahead and disabled the “Enable In-Course Quiz – Quizzes open inside course like units”. This works, however, the user after the quiz can’t get back into the course. Is there a way for them to jump back into the course after that?
Yes, if you connect the quiz with the course in Quiz – settings then the user will see a get back to course button in the quiz.
