Hello, Im testing Ark on my local, so far so good. However today I got into some really weird error with Ark custom code plugin. It was working perfectly before.

On the config page, the field where should be dropdown box for select page is now totally blank
I checked the css and found that the field was display:none- change it to block via inspect tool on chrome let it show again. But everything is now in blank numbers instead of old interface.

Hey guys, I have a serious poblem, it seems that the plugin Advanced Custom Fields PRO needs to be updated. It really messed up my website and pictures (seems like the pictures can`t be found aynmore). Unfortunately I can`t update the plugin, cause I need a purchase code and as far as I can remember the plugin is included in your theme. Do you think you can provide an update as soon as possible for that plugin? My site is totally useless because of that!

Why is Ark causing my database to crash?
"Error Establishing A Database Connection"
I have already changed the .htaccess but nothing has changed and is causing several problems on my server.
I’m almost changing the subject for that. That is terrible.
I’m going to open the top and it does not open and causes MySQL error on my server. And all sites are being affected.

We do our best to help with customizations but there is a limit because of how cheap the licenses are. Your customization question usually takes a few minutes to answer which is fine but too many of those questions or a large customization question, that’s where we draw the line and refer you to a paid developer. ThemeForest terms does not require us to help with customizations at all under support but like I’ve said before, we do try to help when we can, especially when we see the customer is communicating well, is really engaged and trying to make something great.

You can but all demo pages are built using several demo installations which means 2 things:
1) You would need to install multiple demo installations separately, ideally on your localhost
2) Some (more global) styling/settings will not be copied over so it will probably require finishing touches
But if you do the above, it is as simple as right-clicking on any element(s) in the Fresh Builder and selecting COPY, then opening a different Ark website, right-clicking anywhere in Fresh Builder and selecting PASTE (and then pressing CTRL+V to insert the code into the input prompt).

This is definitely a case of misconfigured (local) webserver, I am not sure what you are using but for example XAMPP or MAMP should give you no problems out of the box. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to debug it for you without full access. You can also try logging any PHP/SQL errors into .log files, turning on WP_DEBUG etc.

Hi how do I enable the fresh builder icon on top of the page after updating wordpress?
I am having experience issues with loading the Fresh Builder (green icon). I have tried cleaning the Front and Backend Cache but it did not work.

Hello support, I need help with colors on the theme. Since I purchased the theme the website changes the the default color to be white. I use white background, I also use your theme default colors to avoid this kind of conflict. Visitors are no longer able to mouse over links, read buttons and some titles are gone because of the white text in a white background.
I am not able to read troubleshooting from your support page because “Support Expired”.
I sent you an email and I am hoping you will be able to look at and help me fix this strange theme fresh builder behavior.

Sounds like you are changing Global Color Library slot #1 to a white color. You can change it again via “Ark > Theme Options” or from anywhere you have access to the Global Color library.

I never manually changed colors. The Theme as been changing by itself. Global Color Library it’s not working correctly. I have no interest in changing colors of the website, but need to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

No, so far I had no help on the solution for the colors that turned to “default white”. Visitors are not able able to read titles, sub titles, navigate in the main menu, links and buttons for over 10 days now because hover (mouse over) keeps turning back to white color. Please check my email regarding this problem and I am looking forward to have a solution asap.
OBS: I created a admin login for your review. I just need to know what/where I should go to fix it once for all and never have to deal with this colors problem again. Global Styles + Skins and accents for colors are not working for the website.

Hi, I still have the same problem with default colors, this is has been happening since the day I purchased this theme. Global Main Color Accent shows my choice is (#88cfd8), but the entire website shows this color (#a95de6) as the main color for links and the entire website in now purple color. I really don’t know how this happens, but Please I need help!

Hi, just thought I’d leave a comment to report a possible bug: whenever I load up Fresh Builder and go to ‘Styles’, I have both the plus icon for adding style and the pencil icon for editing show up at the same time. Clicking either does nothing. The issue seems to resolve itself after a while, but not sure how it fixes itself or what causes it.

It’s usually preferred to have your site taller than one monitor screen to work around this cosmetic issue. In the edge cases where this is not possible to achieve for some reason, one would need to write JavaScript code that polls the site content height and offsets the footer to the bottom at a very specific X axis coordinate OR activates “position: fixed; bottom: 0” on the footer.
Such JavaScript code can make the sites a little laggy (if there is a lot of content) because the polling, in order to be relatively robust, must be hooked into requestAnimationFrame which runs at 60FPS. One could write a custom throttle/debounce into it as well but even then it’s still a little performance hog when all it really does is fix the footer position to a specific place. I had configured in your theme options: Ark > Sitemap > Portfolio Archive, the Featured image with the Image Size and Aspect Ratio with Original Image Settings. Please see on this capture: http://prntscr.com/o2wr4s
But the Featured image uploaded https://www.intercon.es/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/lobby_blanc.jpg (468px × 328px) it’s not the same that shows on the Portfolio Archive. It seems that this image it’s forced to 360px × 252px and after it’s scaled to 468px × 328px…
This produces interpolated and blur Featured images on the Portfolio’s Archive (Please see on https://www.intercon.es/work/).
How to fix that? I hope for your help. Thanks

I’m wondering if there may be something wrong with your license server. I too am getting the message “Contact with the License Server has failed. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. If the License Server is offline, please try again later.” I own 41 other licenses from other client projects I’ve worked on, and activating a recently purchased license has never taken quite this long.
In fact, this is the first time I’m seeing this specific message. My server is the exact same (same server, same configuration, etc) as it has been for the other 41 activations.
I thought perhaps it was a browser issue, but I’m getting the same message in both Safari and Chrome.
BTW—I love your theme and your support has always been phenomenal! Just want to put this out there so others realize, you guys go way above and beyond the typical WordPress theme support. I can’t recommend this theme highly enough.

It is hard to diagnose it for us, because it works for us on all our servers and when we log into our clients, it works for them as well, without any issues.
