I’m fairly new to Wordpress and ReHub. Is there a step by step guide on how to make these updates to ReHub to get my site back online? Also, how do you update a ReHub child theme?
In WordPress, Appearance -> Themes, there is a section below that states, “The following themes are installed but incomplete” and it has a list of all the ReHub themes and an error message: “Rehub child theme – The parent theme is missing. Please install the “rehub” parent theme” and “Rehub child theme – Recash – The parent theme is missing. Please install the “rehub” parent theme”. Are these okay to delete?
Because you use old child theme and new parent theme. Enable Rehub without child themes or install new child theme
I updated ReHub to 9.1, downloaded, installed and activated the new child theme and got my site back online, but in Appearance -> Themes, at the bottom, is where the “The following themes are installed but incomplete” message is at.
It’s because you still have old child theme on site. You can ignore this message or delete old child theme completely from site

Updated to 9.1. SIte totally broke. Childtheme disappeared along with 6 months of work. Cannot find old childtheme (disappeared). Worst update ever! Where can i download 8.4 as I do not want anything to do with this version 9 shit. Man, you’ve ruined my day.
All childthemes are still on your site. We added enough messages and notices in theme to check what was changed and how to update theme. This notice is clearly visible once you install theme

This just came up as an automatic update like every other. I do not want version 9. There is too much to do to fix before we launch. WHERE do i download 8.4 so I can just use my old child theme with all of the work done to it.
Whatever was the last working update before V9 is the download I want. I am unable to switch between theme versions like stated in your Critical 9.0 update info. The old theme has gone, my old childthemes no longer show and I can’t upload the old version I have. You should NEVER cause this much issue to paying customers! I have paid for support and I require support. The site needs to be live and functional as it was right away.
We added before this major update
1. Notice in previous version of theme which was visible in theme for 3 weeks. We gave enough time for everyone to check new version of theme. 2. Notice in documentation 3. Notice in changelog of theme 4. Notice in description of theme

Also. Old theme is not removed. Old child theme is not removed. All settings are the same in themes. Old theme package is available in theme bundle which you can download in your Envato account. All of this is described in link which I sent to you above. Download it and find latest 8.6.1 version there.
There was no notice and this only popped up as an available update this evening. I ran it like every other update because I do not expect a product I’ve paid for to be compeltely changed to the point it takes a load of work to get to the same point as it was before the update. This should have been handled way better
FYI! The old version does not install vial the Theme upload area in WP. It crashes my site!! Now what?!

Checked. There is no issue there. Code is from Wp bakery which you deactivated on site. Our demo sites still use so bakery and will be moved to Elementor on next week only

I installed New 9.1 version and i face the issue i solved it by deactivating the all previous rehub-plugins and deleted them made a new file installation and it woks !

1. Wrong settings in htaccess 2. Wrong configuration of SSL certificate on site 3. Wrong permalinks

I think you should deactivate Rething child theme
Do you mean the old one? I uninstalled it and I activated the new rething. Nothing changed
you must deinstall it totally, because I don’t see that you are using any of rething features on site

Have just updated to version 9. But upon creating a new post offer with my usual affiliatte link, when click on it, direct to a website https://go.trafficrouter.io/........shown “The link you clicked on is malformed. Contact the editor of the originating page.” Then i check my post which input my affiliatte url, some of the symbol automatically removed. Even i restored back to version 8, the problem still exist. How to resolved it?
We didn’t change anything in post offers. Describe in detail how you add offers to post and try to deactivate plugins one by one. Check settings of Rh cloak plugin. Check your scripts which you use on site
I didn’t install Rh cloak plugin. Basically i just create a new post as usual, then paste my long affiliatte link onto “Offer url of Post Offer”

We fixed this problem in 9.1.3. Update theme. But you must reassign your offer links to offers (not all, only just those which have such problem)
