This is not the Theme issue but your WP issue, Please once try with activating the WP default Theme Twenty Nineteen, I am sure you will find the same issue so please contact your hosting provider for this issue as this is a server-side issue and ask your hosting provider to solve this issue for you.

Yes, this is because you do not able to Activate the same Theme with the same purchase code on two or more then two domains, You must have to purchase a single license of the Theme for using it on the single Domain, If you want to use the Theme on 10 different domains you have to purchase the 10 different licenses of the Theme. We added empty alt tags for all images inside theme, because if there’s no alt tag for an image it may affect google page speed or search engine. If you wants to edit alt tags, so you should do that by manually. We just added alt tags for all images, empty or just that image’s name.

This is not the bug but this is the default functionality of the Theme, When you search for products it will take you to the search result page and when you search only for the specific product it will take you to the specific product single product page, and same as like for your scenario, You have set your products as affiliate/external products on your site and when you only search for the specific product it will take you to the particular product page whether it is external site or same site on single product page. So this is the default functionality of the Theme and it can only be changed/modify via using Customization. So for now if you want this you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services and for future, I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add an option for this it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

I have tested it now at my end on my test site and finds it is working perfectly at my end, It must be the cache or Script issue at your end, Please check once again your Script and if founds the issue then we have to debug your site and for that you have to contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details after extending your support extension.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, because the Parent Menu Item is also linked with any page, So when you click/tap on the Parent Menu Item it will take you to the particular page with which it is linked, So you can not set it as for open the Child Menu/Sub Menu Items, This requires Customization and if you want our paid Customization services you can contact our Customization team as well.

Thank you very much. Tired and busy yesterday and could not see it for looking.

I have loaded my new image (first I checked the size of the demo images and created my own which is 94kb) but it does not come up and just shows the loading circle. I have cleared cache and does not seem to make any difference. I will log a support call with my site so you can see.

The Theme is fully compatible with Major multi-vendor plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors and Yith WooCommerce Multi-Vendor plugins.

Just checked your site and finds that you are using the Old version of the Theme, So please first update the WP to the latest version and then update the Theme to the latest version and then update the Theme required/recommended plugins as well and then check your site on the latest Iphone Safari Browser I am sure you will not find the issue, Please do not check the site on the old version of the Safari browsers as because the latest CSS not working fine with old version of the browsers.

Thanks for the response. I followed all the step you mentioned above, but looks like the result is the same. The header image doesn’t show up Also, I’m using the latest version of the Safari browser. After doing the theme update, some of the font awesome icons vanished. Refer the link below, “Must-have experiences in Iceland”, list all had footprint icons.

WPML plugin is used for translating the site and using the site in Multi Language it does not have any relate with Importing anything, but as you said that you have used third party plugin for Importing Products and that third party plugin is conflicting with the WPML, So both are third party plugins, So I suggest you to contact the plugins Author’s.

The Theme is also Compatible with the below given Plugin you can try with those as well:
