It’s ridiculous the way that the support has running away of the problems that the latests releases of theme has. I’ve buied the theme a long time ago but I’m using then just now, my support are expired and I can’t solve problems that are caused by the latests versions of the update.
It’s a shame!! The documentation of Modal image show us a print of the classical editor to put the image as modal, but in the latest release of the WP, I haven’t the option to use the classical editor without a plugin, I want to use the Guttenberg editor but the resource of modal images, just…. doesn’t work.
And how I told, in the forum of TagDiv developer I can’t post nothing, the problem was made by the developer, I won’t ask to improve, made changes or ask some newbies questions that the documentations resolve. I woul’d like to resolve the problem in the core of theme!

There were indeed general changes to the support forum, but by no means should this be interpreted in that manner. Both Newspaper Theme and Newsmag Theme are supported by the tagDiv team accordingly to the ThemeForest Item Support Policy -> https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy. In summary, the Themeforest policy states that once you purchase the theme, you receive a 6 months customer support period with the possibility to extend the support to 12 months if you need further assistance. So now to post or reply on the forum, you have to be in the premium support period.
Any problems that happened after the latest theme update will be solved as soon as possible, most likely in the next theme update. We treat all issues with utmost importance, and make them our priority.
Currently the modal image feature will work when using the classic editor, or if using Gutenberg by inserting the images with the classic element available in it https://www.screencast.com/t/BwpTNYZWl This may change in coming updates, we will try to provide this feature for the Gutenberg image element as well.

When I install your theme on the newest version of wordpress it is full of bugs and crashes the site. wtf????
Ok when I install the theme, its ok. But if I automatically install activate the plugins it crashes

the second I install one of your plugins the site crashes : The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

It is highly important that the theme requirements are met, here is a guide https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ Please check if carefully and make the necessary adjustments. The hosting provider should also be able to assist if needed.

(((SOLVED MYSELF))) Hi, Does the actvation key has a expiration date? It’s 2,5 year old and it says “Your purchase key is not valid.” Tried the manual activation as well without success.

I believe the column containing the slider is set to be hidden on mobile. Please edit the page with the composer, click on the column in which the slider is placed and select the phone viewport https://www.screencast.com/t/l8PgLhM2y In the CSS tab scroll down and check if the column is set to be hidden https://www.screencast.com/t/1aA4hBtqws If it is, set it show, and it should appear on phones as well.

In the mobile category pages the articles are sorted by latest (meaning by publish date), and there is no setting at the moment co change the sort order. In the homepage top grid the posts that appear in it will be posts that have the featured category https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/

I suggest that you check if the theme plugins are active as a first step. Looks to be related to the top bar style set in the theme panel, the multipurpose style is selected, but the tagDiv composer could be inactive. Or try selecting a different top bar style.

Customization made up to this point, or modifications in the theme files may not work anymore. If possible try to test the update on a sub-domain with a copy of the live website, to see what is happening. This would be better than updating the live website directly.

Currently the mobile theme doesn’t have font settings, the fonts and font properties are predefined. From what I know there are plans to provide settings for this however.

Simion, thank you for answer. Can you tell me (or ask) what code to add for set a bigger font? Because i can not inspect mobile theme, you know, it is only on mobile… Can not do it on pc.
And, can you please escalate this functionality for next update? I know lot of users want to do this. Or, just make a bigger font in mobile theme. It is very small. Its a little bit shame this fail for this great studio. Thanks.

Hi,
The browser inspector can emulate a mobile device https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/device-mode/
Then you can inspect the elements for which you want to adjust the font properties, and create a code for it. The code can then be entered in the Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section.
For example if you want to increase the size of the post content, a code like this will work http://prntscr.com/o6ri6t and will override the default size.
I can’t say when exactly there will be settings for this added, as soon as possible.

How can I display Taxonomy Filter under this section? I have created Custom Post Type called “Events” and it has Taxonomy called “Event Categories” (Note: it’s not Wordpresss’s Default Categories).

Simon, Also theme works fine with RTL it’s just TD Composer editor width need to be increased little bit so all settings can be accessible please see below screenshot again.
I am not asking any other RTL issue as theme works good just need this setting window width to be increased.

I see the issue, but there might be other issues as well which are not visible at the moment, because the design is not made for RTL. Modifying how the composer displays will require modifications in the plugin files. These modifications will be lost after a theme update.
